Great new clean space! Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint is about how loud the freeway was, but I know that cannot be changed.

We were charged for daily parking regardless of only having spaces available outside not in a secure parking structure. The room was spacious but had no shelves in the shower/bathroom for toiletries nor suitcase racks for convenience.

Very clean and well situated for our plans Nothing

Everything about the hotel was excellent! The only problem is the location... when I chose the ocean view I didn't realize that there is a freeway between me and the ocean. The noise never stops. I asked for a room on the opposite side of the building but was told that there weren't any. I ended up sleeping on the sofa... as the noise was keeping me awake if I stayed in the bedroom 😥 note to self... next time choose a different hotel!!!

The food was good to stay was okay but the staff was horrible.Couldn't even get a towel. There was six of us , and they only gave us two towels

The parking lot is horrible. If you have an SUV or anything bigger.. good luck! There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel and the wait times are long. We usually took the stairs though. It’s sketchy and the numbers in the elevator are written on tape. We were in a suite and the doors to our room were right out of the elevator. Extremely loud and you can hear everyone going and coming from the elevators. The hotel is next to the street and freeway so you can also hear the cars drive by. If you’re looking for a quiet and restful stay, this isn’t the place! On a better note, the breakfast was good (they can use more seating) and the A/C worked wonders! Wasn’t entirely bad but I don’t think we’ll be back.

The room was big, clean, and roomy. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was the slow WI-FI. Overall, it was great.

Great location and the room was huge, comfy bed too. No WiFi on day 1, laundry facilities were down, ac in gym wasn’t working on the first day, elevator was extremely slow

They knowingly put us on a room with a broken air conditioner. The room was hotter than it was outside. There were two large fans that were noisier than the freeway that’s right next to the place. The room was not habitable so we went back to the front desk where they made it sound like we were being difficult saying there were no more rooms, but then ‘found’ another room that was smaller and not what we paid for with an attitude of indifference. We originally have a family of 5 and paid for a room that sleeps 6, we made the smaller room work because there was no other option. We didn’t sleep well because of the smaller beds but the other room would’ve killed us as the windows didn’t even open and it was so hot and stuffy inside. That room with no Air conditioning was so bad with the huge dirty fans it should not have been an option for them to send anyone to. Bad employees is from bad management. Do better Hilton. Not my first bad experience with Hilton - I wouldn’t have booked if I knew it was a Hilton hotel.

Not a great experience- Hampton and Expedia did not communicate properly on the room type we booked- or overbooked- and could not give us the right room with enough beds the first night. Terrible run around trying to fix the situation. After trying three rooms the next day, they finally settled us in one that had smaller beds, but at least the right number. Breakfast is all microwaved (powdered eggs, bacon, sausages, etc). Staff only brought more towels/ emptied trash if we set the cans outside our room. We made do, but I would not choose this location again for a week-long stay.

We needed a blanket and the front desk staff didnt have any or offer to find one.

My room didn’t get clean until the last day we were there and we were there for four days. We even went to the front desk and requested it in a one day we asked twice and it still didn’t get done. The beds were really hard and woke up mostly every morning with the backache . The toilet had issues and didn’t flush every time. No washing machines on site. Not enough parking and where there was parking, it was very tight and my car got a few dings on my door
