Stayed here just for one night, because it was near snapdragon stadium..all in all great hotel probably could use some upgrades in bathrooms but honestly would stay here again

Check in was horrible. Waited almost 2 hours to get a room and we had a concert. Their system was down at night to couldn't purchase water. It was horrible... restroom sink seems like someone threw up and they didn't clean it properly.

Bathrooms could be updated. Breakfast for $20 should be fresh

Overall great experience! Wonderful suite aside from seeing a bug in one of the prepackaged bed sets for the sofa beds. Everything else was clean and nicely maintained. Wish there was more than 1 elevator since it's really slow. Look forward to coming back to San Diego next year but will test out a different hotel!

It was really a pleasant stay in general. The only thing is no commercial or restaurants within walking distance. You have to get a ride or have a ride to buy food or pick up stuff unless you just want to order at their restaurant. I Didn’t try though. Drive to Convoy district is really close. Maybe 5 minutes only.

Always very nice and friendly service.

Although the property was in a quiet location and well kept. Our key was giving us trouble utilizing the doors and the parking door. Batteries in remote were bad. And we called housekeeping for additional towels and they took 30+ min so we had to call them back and remind them.

Staff was amazing. Phone in room not working. No mirror in room other than bathroom. Desk chair broken. Has a balcony with no outdoor furniture. Bathroom shower fixture coming off. Low pressure shower. Room never cleaned. Stayed two nights. Not enough bath towels provided had to ask. Elevator not working. Then to top it off staff knocks at door at 830. When I opened. I was told just checking if you checked out yet. Mind you check out is at 12pm. We stayed at this hotel for a concert in San Diego. Other than all that. The beds were comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious. I personally liked how the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom itself. Staff were very kind and helpful when requesting more towels or help with the laundry. I think having a laundry unit is such a huge plus, and the gym had some nice equipment as well so those were great amenities. Pool was clean and honestly empty most of the time, although we were there for the weekdays, which was nice.

Great stay very convenient to parking lot thank you

We loved it! will be staying in this hotel again.
-
Staff was incredible! Room was big and the AC was pumping! However, walls are thin, which can be a problem trying to sleep when listening to your neighbors. Also why the heck are you charging for parking??? That’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. We already pay over inflated room prices along with food. No reason to add insult to injury. Lesson learned. Next time I’ll seek out free parking with stay .

Great hotel!

Despite booking a suite for 5 guests, they did not provide nm of towels and blankets for all of us . The breakfest was very poor with no vegetables or cheeses. On one of the days, the breakfast buffet was completely closed under the pretext that there were not enough guests in the hotel. Instead, we were given a menue where we were allowed to choose only dish per person. Our drinks were also restricted to a single choice from a rigid list of 3 optiond.when i asked to swap coffee for hot chocolate, i was met with a flat refusal and a frustrating lack of flexibility.

Just the bed wasn’t comfortable

Staff was amazing!! The elevator was small and felt outdated and at times made some weird noises, but everything else was outstanding!

Nice staff.

The other staff was at least not rude and mean. This lady hates her job and I was afraid to ask her any questions from the start. She also never send the pillows I requested for my autistic son and over all had an attitude. This place hates kids.
