Included breakfast is coffee and a nuti-grain bar👎 one of our least favorite stays at a hotel so far...

Jill at check-in was amazing. The room was fine for an overnight stay, but it definitely needs some TLC.
-
Room was mostly clean, some dirt still on floor. Part of sheets were ripped
-
the floor of our unit was filthy.

The room was immaculate!

This hotel is the worst place to stay. The images on the website are outdated and not representative of the current state of the hotel. The elevators creak, the shower is broken, and the towels smell bad. It’s a sketchy place to stay at night. I really regret making this reservation. Expedia should remove this from their parters hotels list.

Ok for the price.

The property was what I expected for the price. It's very outdated but kept clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My only complaint was that the room obviously had a prior smoker(s), even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. You just can't hide that odor. There was plenty of available parking spots BUT a construction crew was there and their huge 6-8 wheel work trucks took up half those spots.

Staff were nice. Maintenance was not very good.

The person who checked us in was pleasant in her last night before moving to corporate. The gentleman who covered the desk the next night wasn't pleasant at all.

Check in at 3, no early check in, arrived at 3. One young man at the desk with four guests surrounding the desk with their reservation pages out and on their third party line to prove they had reservations, all while the hotel attendant said they were not listed and couldn’t check them in. They had been waiting for an hour before I arrived and were still waiting, and my party and I couldn’t get checked in. Then the attendant disappears somewhere and left everyone waiting in the front. By then it was 3:45, and I along with 11 other people in my party still needed to be checked in for our rooms because we had to get ready for a wedding to attend at 4:30! We ended up asking a hotel employee that walked by if we could at least borrow a room to get dressed in because we were going to be late. Half my party got dressed in their break lounge, others in the lobby bathroom and myself and my family had to get dressed in the car outside the hotel. It was a mess. We left not knowing if we had a room or not, it wasn’t until 3 hours later we were able to call and confirm we still had a reservation there. No apology from the staff, no type of compensation, complete indifference. Same treatment once we arrived again to check in that night. Our room still had someone else’s trash in the bathroom and their body wash in the shower; they didn’t even bother to clean our room. Was woken up at 8am by hotel staff to retrieve the body wash too! Terrible experience. Do not Recommend

As they say, never judge a book by its cover! Words could not described the stay. This place should be condemned! Staff I am going to give 1000% for their friendliness, understanding and professionalism. Shame on the hotel chain for allowing this location to remain open for business!

This is not a place for someone who wants housekeeping or anything repaired immediately. The tub wasn't draining properly and staff first hung up on me. When I went to the desk he said tomorrow. Another guest who had been there stated housekeeping come every 14 days.

Rooms are outdated, refrigerators were rusty!! Bugs in room and front desk customer service was horrible
-
The room was overall ugly, the TV was broken and didn’t work. The fridge was rusted and extremely old; the kitchen cabinets had no doors. The AC was old and rusted as well. In my opinion, the pictures shown for this hotel are misleading. Lastly, on the following day around 9:00 AM I went out to get a coffee, it took me approximately 40 minutes. When I got back, there were maintenance guys inside my room! We never received any verbal notice that people were going to enter our room without permission. This was unacceptable and unprofessional.. I got so upset because my personal items were exposed to the staff and I wasn’t ready to leave yet. There was water on the floor and a blue tarp on top of the bed, so unhygienic. There was also a huge suction pump water hose inside the room and hallway. I began packing up my stuff and left the property before my check-out time. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Nothing my reservations was not honored due to over booking. I had booked weeks in advance and the hotel didnt respect my reservation. My reservations was not honored due to over booking. I had booked weeks in advance and the hotel didnt respect my reservation.

Kitchen Stuff tried to do maintenance in my room. Why the hotel did not the maintenance in rooms not occupied or booked rooms that has todo maintenance? Additional they waked me up early in my rest day. I suppose to rest in the morning, that’s why I’m booking in the hotel and they knock the door at 8:00 am trying to get in my room when I was not decent to attend anyone in my privacy. The room 400 dollars, was too expensive to what was and additional to interrupt my sleep in my rest day.

Nothing it smelled like cigarettes and dog. The smell and cleanliness.
-
The proximity to the interstate, stores & restaurants. The staff was asking pleasant. There were a few individuals hanging around in the parking lot that made me feel unsettled at times. My television did not work.
-
I reserved a two double beds room and when I checked in, the manager changed it to a single bed room without even notify me and not willing to have any accommodations or discount. This is so unacceptable.
