The stay was pathetic. Inside property bad smells and bathroom fan was not working. Overall bad experience.

The only redeeming This Extended Stay could offer was the kind gentlemen who checked us in. Sadly, there was nothing else! We arrived to find the room unsanitary and run down. There was something on each bedspread, we were unable to sleep in the bedding. The bathroom, unit nor bedding had been cleaned. There was food in the frig and filth in the microwave, the stove was ancient and rusted. We showered with flip flops on and left first thing in the morning to find other accommodations for the 20th. It is clear that the Extended Stay we long considered a home away from home is now a Live in or halfway house. We would appreciate Bookings.com lodge its own complaints on our behalf and issue us a full refund. Thank you

I only stayed 1 night and switch to one of their other locations in the area and it was even worse.

The convenience of where it was compared to where i needed to be. There was a horrible smell on the third floor. It lasted the whole time i was there. It was nauseating.

Bad

Very bad smells. “Breakfast” was a joke.

Elevator works until it doesn’t. Our room key stopped working and it took 30 minutes to get it working again. Feels like a low income housing complex.

The manager Jill was so sweet and friendly, doing her best with what she has. Location wa good

The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, and I want to give a special shout‑out to Jill. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel right at home, and shared some really helpful tips about the area that made my visit even better. Her customer service truly stood out. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back.

Jill at check-in was amazing. The room was fine for an overnight stay, but it definitely needs some TLC.
