Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley Stadium

Homeless people sleeping in the lobby and all in the parking lot. Prostitution on the elevator. No towels paper products. Room key pad broke and missed an event. Rude staff. fire in the hallway due to electrical fault with microwave down the hall . Dogs everywhere.

The staff at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. The hotel sits right next to the freeway. Parking is sparse after 10pm. The continental breakfast is not worth paying for. My balcony smelled like urine and had no air flow. The beds were comfy and the room was clean overall.

Very good

Good Location Right Off The Freeway Smelly Room. Saggy Pillows. Asked For Replacements And The Were Left Outside The Room Propped Against The Dirty Floor. Not Even In A Bag.

Poor

The staff were nice. Breakfast isn't included and if you do get a package with the breakfast included they give you vouchers but for only the cold items, fruit, and oatmeal. I also used milk that was going bad because they had it just sitting out on. My bathroom door didn't lock. Then when my wife went to use the lobby bathroom a toilet was clogged and still filled with whatever clogged it.

Mina, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful during our check in.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. Very convenient location

All the staff was excellent! But the building needs a lot of updates. The toilet paper holder in the room wobbled around and the would not hold it.. The sink faucet handle on the top came off twice. The door jam at the top was rubbing against the door. It was very hard to open the door. The elevator was needing serviced as one was down for a while and all the lights would not work telling what floor it was on. They were way out of date. It seemed everything else was OK but just a lot of updates really severely needed in that building, other than that everything was fine.

Convenient proximity to attractions. Safe location. Clean facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Nearby restaurants, within walking distance!

Really good service and nice and clean place very happy 😊

rooms are clean coffee machine was broken. Free breakfast only for some guest. I was told to pay for it while it was free for some guests.

？？？？。。

Nothing was done to resolve the issue. My reservation was canceled without any advance notice. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that Expedia had never forwarded my reservation to them.

The zoo or anywhere ! They definitely go above and beyond

Clean and proper air conditioning
