Parking is TERRIBLE for the $18 per night charge. The parking spaces are so tiny.

Staff was great . The room needed some upgrades for sure! The mattress was springy the pillowed were not fully . It was a little musty and humid. Overall ok stay.

Nice place for the price

Staff was amazing. Super nice and helpful. The property is in need of some tender loving care. The Hilton sign outside property is falling apart and looks like it was possibly hit by something. The screen door to the balcony had holes in it. The curtains in the room were difficult to open. The bed linen needs to be updated as it was pilling. However, the room and bathroom was very clean. The staff checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast and bar. I would return to this property in the future.

The room layout for the king size bed room is odd and inconvenient. The toilet and shower are housed in a room with a heavy sliding door that you have to use two hands to pull open/close. The sink is located outside of the bathroom area next to the entrance. This is so unsanitary and lacking privacy. Not sure if double queen room layout same. Bathroom was dirty in some areas and bedding stored in closet was not clean.

The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway. They need to consider that people sleep in and carrying a loud conversation is very inconvenient. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and the bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on.

The room was pretty dated and smelled a lil mildew type sent.

Where the location is ideal, I was a bit disappointed about a few things. The staff wasn’t very friendly. When going to the front desk for assistance, the lady didn’t address me. After standing there for a moment I said hello and then she said something, almost as if I was disturbing her…she was doing nothing. Housecleaning comes every other day. After they provided service there was a dirty rag (not used by/ belonging to us) left in our bathroom that was absolutely disgusting; me nor my daughter understood where it came from or why it was there, though house cleaning left new towels in there. Lastly, the parking situation isn’t ideal. We stayed 4 nights and parking cost $90, yet a parking spot isn’t guaranteed and is super tight/crowded. For the amount paid, this was a dissatisfying stay.

Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was yellow and was being painted while people were in the pool. No wet paint sign. Beach/pool chairs were ripped and there were only 4. No pool towels stocked and when I asked reception for some, they could only provide 1. They gave us the wrong room which didn't even fit all my guests. Paid for parking on top of a hefty room price for 1 night. Would not come back to this location nor would I recommend it. Not the luxurious service/property you would expect from a Hilton. Disappointed. And felt ripped off.

Very comfortable modern and quiet. Staff friendly, helpful. Restaurant and snacks on property. Will return.
