Everything was good

Horrible! My 18 year old daughter accidentally left her jewelry box in the room. We called so they can hold it for us, they stated they were too busy and that it wasn’t a priority for them. I called back every day and they still couldn’t tell me anything about the jewelry box. I had to call corporate, they opened up a ticket for me. I called them back AGAIN the day after that and they said nothing was found!! While it was my daughter’s fault for leaving it, I am very disappointed on how it was handled!!

The staff member that greeted us was very polite and friendly that man deserves a raise. He went above and beyond when we had questions about the surrounding area didn’t catch his name but had blonde hair and was there in the afternoon. You can really tell he takes his job seriously made my experience 10/10.

We used the gym facilities twice during our stay and they were extremely well maintained and clean.

The property wasn't as expected. The pool area was small. Parking was terrible. For the amount I paid, I expected more. No complimentary breakfast and I had to pay for parking even though some nights I had to park on the streets. The room served its purpose. Overall stay wasn't bad.

Everything was great. Even individual employers were helpful and cheerful. Will be our go-to.

The closet door in the room was broken. The room could of used more counter space . Seems like a place that families stay with kids for kids sporting games.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Everything was well kept in good shape. The room had like always requested a couple bottles of water. My only remark was that I couldn’t make coffee in the morning cause it wasn’t real coffee. It was a decaf, but then on the way out I got some real coffee in the lobby thank you for a nice quiet stay
