The view & location was nice. There was a smell of either a poop diaper or near that all through the 6th floor! We were scheduled for early check_in and that was not managed correctly, with that also I was told I would get a call very soon,this was about 11:30am. I didn't get called till 7pm!

Rooms were not ready at 4 pm for arriving guests, breakfast workers did not restock breakfast items after 831 hours? Valet parking staff were excellent. Desk staff were very friendly and professional.

Great views and located in an area that was very walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars.

The room was a complete disaster! The Internet didn’t work and the tv was not operable. The door to the bathroom didn’t line up to close or lock. The safe was off the rails and didn’t work. The lights in the bedroom was impossible to figure out and I couldn’t turn it on. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken and I couldn’t get the shower gel out to use. There were bed bugs in the pull-out couch where a family member slept and woke up with multiple bites across her legs and back. Another thing that was a big annoyance was the razor thin walls above. It sounded like they were playing football above us as we can hear every foot step. I told the Hotel about my experience and I also told them that I will be contacting my credit card issuer to dispute the entire charge because of the problems with this place. I will NEVER EVER stay here again and I would advise everyone looking into this place to think twice before staying here.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a couple of TVs and a full size fridge and a microwave. Breakfast in the morning we’re pretty good. The Staff were always helpful. Cons 1. the beds sounded like they were on loud tin cans or some kind of old metal frames that creeks. We asked for somebody to check them out they came and I bet you’re still the same. 2. Hair dryer had an electrical prong broken, so that didn’t work. 3. The room had a view of the hotel next door and it was right next to the train tracks so we can hear trains passing all night. 4. you could hear people upstairs walking around all night, which kept us up most of the night.

No public parking , not enough selection for breakfast,

Convenient location in Little Italy, the included breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable, shower excellent, swimming pool was nice with a great indoor/outdoor arrangement and was safe for kids to use Valet parking was prohibitively expensive, room was not made up for 4 people despite a late arrival with 2 young children, the room was not equipped with enough towels for 4 people throughout the stay, we were charged for something we didn't purchase from the shop

For a hotel, these are unacceptable conditions and made us feel very uncomfortable staying there. The room clearly needs better pest control, cleaning, and maintenance. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here based on our experience. I alerted the staff about these issues, they did not seem shocked or too concerned, They didn’t offer an apology. I am worried that I might’ve taken cockroaches back to my house because I only got the chance to kill one out of many. The stay itself was not cheap, so for the price that was paid, this is a matter that should really be taken seriously and immediately. and an FYI, we were not informed about any extra charges that may occur during our stay, when we arrived to the hotel, we were told that it was either street parking or paying $ 70 a night for valet parking, no self parking garage available, only street parking that is almost impossible to find, so basically no other option but to valet your car.

Absolute worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. Our room was not ready at check in and the staff just basically said too bad. Just wait. The lobby bathroom was so dirty also. We left the hotel.
