I loved it. It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. It was way more than we expected. It had a whole kitchen! I wish I could’ve stood here longer. 10/10 will definitely recommend. I will say the parking. I wish there was self parking.

-Great for walking and finding nearby restaurants and bodegas for room supplies. -Close to train stations (Padres games or going up to Carlsbad) and airport. -No audible train/airplane noise from hotel room Hotel: Service and building maintenance lacking -Half the building is a Hilton Garden Inn the other is Homewood Suites -Arrived early, hotel was unable to accommodate early check-in -Cashless hotel - they were unable to break change for us to tip valet -Received no rundown on building or amenities (pool, breakfast, etc) upon check-in -Suite was spacious and had full size fridge, pull-out sofa, 2 TVs, and large bathroom -Suite was clean but found a vape pen in between pullout cushions, indicating the sheets had not been changed -Bathroom had no window or fan for ventilation -Pool is 3.5 ft deep throughout and has incredibly slippery floor in the lounge area -Ping pong table, ConnectFour, life-size Jenga and Foosball games were great for the kids (despite foosball table being on its last leg - literally) -Fitness room adjacent to pool/ hot tub was great for balancing a workout with kids in the pool

I loved the location. It was close to excellent restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Spacious room and staff went out of their way to welcome and accommodate us.

Your listing said valet parking was available. Instead, it was mandatory at $60 per night. This was an unexpected expense. It made the stay almost $200 more than I was quoted.

Very nice, and clean! Staff was great, the staff member I dealt with was Agape, and she did an absolutely fantastic job of checking me in and making sure we were accommodated! There was not really anything I found wrong with the property.

Not disclosing to guess that it’s $60 a day to park in their facility nowhere does it say that on their sign out front it says valet parking only doesn’t have prices doesn’t have anything. It’s a misconception on their behalf to let people think their parking for a valet tip or a small fee $60 a day is outrageous and I’m very mad about being charged that for three days

The breakfast is always good never been disappointed. The location of the hotel is ideal. It’s such a great jump off point for the freeways whether you’re trying to hit the five or the eight or the smaller branches in the ability to just walk through little Italy from one to the other in less than 30 minutes is a huge benefit shops, restaurants in an awesome view of the day. Your website does a great job Showcasing all the properties Booking.com is My go to for all of my travel needs.

Very pleasant stay and prime location! Unfortunately no parking provided and have to pay $60 daily if nearby street parking is full.

Found a sanitary wrapper in our restroom. Told staff and all they said was they’d check on it.

We were supposed to have maid service 2nd day and they never came..We had to go down twice for towels..

There were no shower curtain in the bathroom. There was no television inside the bedroom area.

At the front desk, Mia was absolutely amazing! She check us in and out. She was very helpful and kind . Not having an option to park your own car and having to pay for valet is frustrating, especially when you are budgeting.

Clean and rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Construction going on...but that can't be helped.

Restaurant is great, lots of good options for food

Love the location, if you don't mind hearing the train on the tracks early morning and at night behind you. Great place to stay!
