Arrived early and there was no parking available. Elevator was sketchy and smelled of cigarettes. You get what you pay for ig

Preeti from the front desk was so welcoming, kind, and helpful! She made my stay really amazing. The service is 10/10 :) Location is unbeatable and I really liked how to parking is free even if it may be difficult. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Preeti!

Great value! Definitely will be staying here again

Not enough space in the single bed room, limited parking space.

Location was probably the best thing about this facility. It’s very outdated and needs a good deep cleaning. Staff was great though, very accommodating.

The parking was horrible not enough for the amount of rooms, you’re screwed if you have a bigger truck. There was a cockroach in our room. The elevator only fits 2 people with luggage. Smallest one I’ve ever seen. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The AC was good. Never staying here again

The location is amazing, right by the water and walking distance to pretty much all of downtown. The room itself was pretty clean but the hotel itself was super run down - tiny elevator, they werent running ac in the hall ways so it was pretty stuffy. The checkin staff was friendly and helpful but one of the cleaning ladies upon check out was pretty aggressive with us still being in the room 2 minutes past our check out time. Overall you kind of get what you pay for here, cheap in price so dont expect much.

Staff is friendly and helpfull

Great location and wonderful, friendly staff! The only area for improvement is the room cleanliness. It could use a more thorough cleaning, as there are several places that look like they are missed during regular housekeeping. Overall, a good experience, but deep cleaning needs more attention

150.00 hold that has yet to clear - a lot for a place like this

It's very clean in room and bathroom. It's great service for parking and excellent air conditioning.

We booked three romms and one was not ready but tey gave us the ket anyway. So we requested to switch. The front door was always open allowing strangers to go in and out as they please. The Internet connection is not stable. I prepaid the rooms and I still got charged $100 for security with no refunds yet. The front staff is minimally helpful and will NOT go out of their way to assist travelers. Parking is available but gets full really easy. Only positive is that is walking distance to San Diego waterfront, airport, little italy restaurants, and other amenities.

The AC was loud but it got the room cold quick. There was dried toilet paper and (what I hope) food/sauce stains to the left of the television by the curtains. Did not notice it until my last night so I did not make a fuss. They do not do daily cleaning during your duration. All the sinks/faucets have lime scale. Complimentary towels were covered in lint/string. The only CONVENIENT thing about this place is the fact that it is right in the middle. It is a block away from Little Italy, 40min walk to the zoo, 40min walk to the stadium. PRIME REAL ESTATE and I think they know it which is why nothing there is properly maintained. In the elevator it literally says “last days” and I definitely got that vibe while staying there. Regardless it did not ruin my trip to San Diego as I was out of the room the majority of the time I was there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAMILIES STAY HERE. Single individuals (almost hostel like) go for it.

The hotel doesn’t have a pool or coffee makers in the rooms, but if your priority is a clean and comfortable place to sleep, it delivers. I do recommend bringing your own towel if you prefer thicker, higher-quality towels, as well as your own toiletries since the hygiene products provided are very basic. The location is another highlight. It’s in the Little Italy neighborhood, which felt very safe and was easy to walk around. You’re close to a 7-Eleven and several family-owned restaurants and businesses. Like most large cities, you’ll see a few people experiencing homelessness, but it never made me feel unsafe during my stay. FYI they don’t offer early check in. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location, free parking, and a clean, comfortable room.

Everything was clean, though the entire facilty did smell musty and old. The elevator was small and could only hold about 2-3 people and their luggage. You are close to Little Italy and other popular attractions are close by. You use your key card to get in out of the building, as long as other guests remember to close the door. You get what you are paying for, a decent bed in a decent area, close the the airport.

Location was nice for what we needed.. for the most part hotel was good.. nothing fancy just a nice hotel.. only negatives TOWELS!!!! Rough.. and shower head but would stay again..

Free parking was a huge plus for me, although space to park was very small it still beat paying 40 plus everyday. Great for a quick stay, room was nice. Quiet and moderately clean. Walking distance to little Italy was great. Short uber ride to Gaslamp.

The room was so small and dirty for thehigh price they charge per night and have a lot problems with parking.
