Location, room comfort. Check in process is a bit annoying but ok, walls are thin, unfortunately we had a very noisy person next to us, so I didn’t sleep very well the whole time.

Bathrooms seemed to be remodeled and look nice even if sink didn’t work lol Can’t leave window open without constant freeway noise any time of day Sink clogged Fan didn’t work

Location You can hear everything coming from the rooms next door. The air conditioner was broken, there was only one employee working on the property after 4 pm only . The housekeeper never said “hi,” “good morning,” or “how are you?” She would walk right past guests as if they didn’t exist, I did not feel welcome in this place .

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated & clean, only a suspicious mark on the bathroom wall that'd been missed, or would have had full points there Parking. Not a place to go if you are driving as expensive to park or else very challenging to park free

Great location, comfy, and good amenities. Bathroom was clean and easy. Initially didnt recieve a code to my room, lucky there was staff when I got in (staff not always in premise) but quick to answer chat.

Staff, location, snacks. The shower had low water pressure. The room was too cold. Don't clean the room every day.
