Excellent last minute find!! Great location, easy to get around on foot, parking was a little tricky but fixed and staff was super helpful!! 10/10 and highly recommend!!
-
Rooms were nice and clean and Loved the outdoor theater.
-
I had a minor issue with my room but I notified Erwin and he was very professional and prompt in fixing the problem, the location was great, amenities were great and the local walking distance market was nice!
-
The room also lacked several basic amenities. There was no coffee maker and no telephone to contact the front desk if assistance was needed. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or cleanliness I expected. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience

The entry lights the room didn’t work. Also they didn’t give us enough towels for bathroom.

I stayed 2 nights in a (cozy) queen bed room. Location cannot be beat and staff were great. Pool was tiny but the common areas were nice to have a drink and lounge. Rooms could use a paint job but for what I paid, it was a good deal in Little Italy. If all you’re looking for is a no frills room in the middle of everything, this is your place. I would stay again.

Great location
-
Room was clean, bathroom was weird, like it used to be a balcony or something. Amenities like the rooftop movie was pretty cool. Pool was SMALL, like my dining room table ….. not what you would expect for a hotel I guess. Great proximity to walking to all things fun in little Italy and gas lamp.

Looked nice from outside. Nice atmosphere Once inside going to the rooms it looked outdated. Like it needs painting.
-
Does not look like the pictures.
-
Room didn’t come with a remote for the AC
-
Not what I was fully expecting. There was some fast food wrappers behind the couch whichade me think the room wasn't cleaned completely
-
best about it, location!! Valet parking on premises to expensive (no other choice but park there or busy streets) Hostess to check in at the front desk not to friendly.
-
The staff was very kind and helpful.
-
they didnt included breakfast because we didnt booked directly trough them
-
It was clean. The ac is very loud and the shower produces next to no water.
-
Much of hotel has a view of parking lot. There was loud renovations somewhere that started at 7, a small room, maybe bed bugs?!, great location in little Italy, but also on the flight path.
-
Location Water fountain not always filled. No cups at times.
-
Staff all friendly and attentive from welcome to departure.

Upon arriving late at night, we were assigned a room that was already occupied, with the door partially secured by the interior latch. This immediately raised concerns about both room assignment procedures and guest safety. The exterior hallway was poorly lit, and there appeared to be little security presence despite a steady flow of people entering the building around midnight. When we reported the issue, the response from the front desk felt dismissive. We were told the restaurant was closed and that the people entering were “hopefully going to their rooms,” which did little to address our concerns. We were moved to another room described as a suite, but it was also disappointing. The towels appeared improperly handled, the kitchenette lacked basic dishware and cutlery, the shower leaked into the bathroom, and the curtain rod was visibly uneven. Overall, the room felt unfinished and poorly maintained. Given these issues and our discomfort, we booked another hotel and left the following morning. At checkout, we were advised to contact Expedia regarding a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel ultimately declined any refund, citing our non-refundable booking. Overall, we were very disappointed with both the condition of the accommodations and the handling of our concerns. We also incurred additional expenses as a result of having to relocate.
