Slow elevator and the overnight parking b is expensive. Room was nice and clean but bit noisy.

Glass Door restaurant has amazing views and a great happy hour.
-
The restaurant was good. Good coffee and great breakfast. The pool was extremely small. The location was fantastic. Very walkable to so many areas. Superb location.
-
Nice place convenient and no complaints.
-
Staff was really friendly and kind, clean rooms and better than expected, will definitely recommend and book again.
-
Not good. Staff were rude, but they were rude with a smile (they seriously seemed to enjoy being rude. They smiled the whole time they insulted me). Avoid this hotel.

I got the room so bright we couldnt sleep a few hours and it was so bright. We couldn't sleep at all.We slept maybe three hours after a ten hour drive! Then, when we try to pull the curtain close, there was a huge Black Widow on the inside of the curtain.

Good service at the front desk and valet parking. I would rebook a stay at this hotel.
-
Very old and not clean. Felt like I was staying in a hostel in a different country. Floor boards broken, and bed was like sleeping on cinder blocks. Not enough staff.
-
Nice room with living room and fridge and microwave

Rooms were well equipped with fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, desk area, makeup mirror. Rooms are small. Beds could use a refurbishment as they are very hard. Hotel did not inform of housekeeping policies. Need to request room cleaning and fresh towels.

I wanted to cry that I put my 4-year-old daughter through staying in this disgusting place. This is a place for young people to spend the night after going to the rooftop bar or the movie theater they have at the roof. It is not family-friendly. There was a strong smell of weed throughout the property when we walked in. Their snack store is a smoke shop. The room was dirty and falling apart. You can tell they tried to renovate it, but it is far from finished. There was almost no water pressure in the shower and the water sprayed all over the ceiling. The drawers were falling apart, the bathroom door looked like it was from the 1960s, and the floor in the room was dirty. The soap and shampoo dispensers are rusted. If you forget something from your child in the car you will need to get the valet staff to take you to the car to pull your stuff out. I was charged $330 for a room with two beds, plus $65 for parking. I only stayed here because I couldn’t find anything closer to SeaWorld with available rooms, but now I understand why this place had availability. My pictures show exactly what I found. I would strongly recommend that either the owners stop allowing children in, or have a warning on the website that this place is directed to adult staff

Great place to stay! Always a good time!

Spoke to the desk attendant next day about the wrong suite and the WiFi issue. Offered another suite which turned out to be wrong as well! We didn't receive any check-in package/information so was not aware of much happening in the area or at the hotel for that matter. We decided to go up to the restaurant the second evening and it was the best night out of the 6 night stay. The staff there were phenomenal, very friendly and informative about the city. Since my daughter's birthday was on July 4th, we decided to go back to the restaurant, but was not allowed to enter. The actual hotel staff was there hosting an event for $80 per person that WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT. Told they were sold out. Will NEVER stay here EVER. Were not even allowed to enter the restaurant. AWFUL STAY AND RUINED BIRTHDAY/JULY4TH.
