Our bathroom was leaking and they had to move us . No one came to help us. The new room had another problem: the bathtub was not draining properly. They didn’t give us clean small towels. The filter on the bottle water fountain was red for 5 days. I asked them to put new ones, but no one did it for 5 days.

The air-conditioning units are super noisy in the King bed rooms and across multiple floors. The staff tried to accommodate and offered me 3 different rooms but they all had the same issue. I'm not honestly super sensitive to noise but you wouldn't sleep well with them on and I had to turn them off each night even on low speed fan. The walls are pretty thin too and you can hear people talking in the next door rooms. Whilst the ajoining rooms had multiple people in them talking they weren't being overly loud. It's a pity because otherwise this place is pretty good and staff are helpful.

Hotel was in a great spot and we were able to walk to Little Italy. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. I removed a star because parking is over priced and the garage is horrific (be very careful if you have an SUV). Also, we had to request extra linen and amenities because although I said 4 ppl, they didnt stock the room to accommodate us.

The staff was great. We got in at 1130 and the front desk let us check in 4 hours early and with a great high floor! Room was clean, lobby was large with a nice bar and location was great. Everyone was very accommodating. Room was facing I-5 so road noise was a bit loud. I would pay for neighborhood view next time.

Rooms with balcony, great view. They charge $45 overnight parking on their own building which should not charge to guests!!!

Great location for little Italy and some cafes right by it that also do lunch and gelato and we could walk to marina and I like it had a pool to relax it. Helpful staff and comfortable beds.
