Pros: -Hotel and room were very clean and updated! -Surrounded by a ton of restaurants, however, majority of them are Italian which is good but not for everyday -Close to the bus and train, easy to use public transportation to get around -Coffee shop in the lobby was very good -Great for solo travel! Felt safe in the hotel and in surrounding area -Within walking distance of 7-11 and CVS Cons: -Pool/Hot Tub is surrounded by tall buildings and gets NO sun, windy and freezing in pool area even when sunny -Restaurants are outrageously expensive even for a hotel, absolutely abysmal tbh -Not a ton of food options at restaurants -Charged a resort fee per day which I think is ridiculous, especially since their spa was booked 3 weeks out -Difficult to get 20 minutes in any direction, ubers are expensive and train/bus would take hours

Sweet and and kind customer service!

The room wasn’t clean, we found stains on the sheets and bathroom wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. The glass cup was greasy. For paying $500 per night wasn’t worth it at all. Parking was a nightmare. Won’t go back.

Convenient Location, right in the heart of "Little Italy". Close to the water. Staff was very accommodating, polite and helpful. The even sent a treat and toy for the dog.

Did not care for our door bringing knocked on everyday and staff walking in confused…not sure what was going on.

You would have a better night’s rest sleeping on the floor. The beds are so stiff that we left restless and sore.

First, my room faced the outdoor gym. Starting around 7 AM, I could constantly feel the vibrations and hear the noise from people throwing slam balls and dropping weights mindlessly; even with a personal trainer standing right there. The repetitive thudding honestly started making me feel paranoid. Second, the shower leaked badly, forcing me to lay down 2 to 3 body towels on the bathroom floor every single time I showered.

Great location, spacious room and even the pool with the kiddos was sooo much fun.

The location was great. They didn’t have the accesible room I booked. The sofa bed they provided instead of the queen bed, was unacceptable. You could feel the springs on your back.

Was a wonderful stay except restaurant service. Staff was mostly pleasant but seemed over worked during early morning shift . Food was ok.
