Super clean. Quiet room. Felt safe. Walking distance to Little Italy restaurants. Helpful front desk staff.

Great location and very well maintained.

Have stayed before - convenient location with onsite parking. Easily walkable from train station. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

10 minute walk to Bay front.

This is my preferred hotel if I stay downtown. Close to everything, it's great having a balcony (even better if you get one facing the bay), safe and easy parking (yes, there's a cost), staff are helpful and bed/pillows are comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and staff are helpful. The room are a bit dated but clean. Short walk to little Italy. Parking was good and close. Did not like the location and typical city issues.

When we arrived there was one clerk at the desk and he had a line of people waiting to check in, he was so efficient and fast. We waited less than 5 min to check in. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and parking is a breeze. Will definitely recommend this place and visit again.

there was very comfortable and was like my home. I stayed twice here. I had many good memories. I hope to come again soon. staff was good service provided for me. and there is capsule coffee. It was really delicious.

Everything was great! Parking garage is tight to park in and even drive through but it seems to be the norm downtown.

Great location, clean and helpful kind staff

Great location, walking distance to Gaslamp and Little Italy. The parking structure does not connect to the rooms so you have to take the stairs from outside of the hotel up to your car in the parking structure. The shower had hair in it from the last guest who shaved in the shower. Yuck!!

The lobby was small and didn't offer much. My A?C in my room wasn't working, but the staff immediately relocated me and it all worked out

Perfect for my staycation, walking distance from little Italy and the pier. Excited to come back for my next vacation.
