Great location, clean and very nice. Much more updated than other properties in the area.

Location is fantastic. Clean and safe, appreciated as a woman with teens. Someone was always manning the front lobby. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Elevators worked and the AC too lol. We had a shared door and OMG the girls next door were incredibly rude all night! Screaming and hollering til 4am. It was a rough night. The property itself has no negatives.

The room itself was great. Spacious, with an awesome view, with a nice little balcony, good furniture, large bathroom. Great atmosphere and city mood as it overlooks a very nice part of town. Having a microwave and coffee machine was very convenient. Staff was very welcoming. Location is super The facilities were somewhat lacking, gym was passable, not much else to mention except for the pool which I unfortunately didnt get around to trying, but it did look good. Location is great! About 4-5 blocks from the bay. There’s a Starbucks across the street, which was convenient! The hotel is well kept. We had a late check in and front desk associate provided great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Maid service at request, I preferred to do it myself for my 5 night stay. Easy walking to see the sights, cafes and restaurants close by. Two blocks across the trolley tracks to the harbour.front. A good grocery store, Ralph’s , on G street and between 1st and 2nd avenue near GasLamp quarter. Transport is cheap $2.50 per ride, centred at Santa Fe station and adjacent America Plaza, located on India and Broadway. Rapid MTS bus 215 to San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park. Bus stop to Airport ( both terminals) on Broadway at SF Depot or West AshSt and Harbour Blvd. The zoo was underwhelming tbh for $75 entry, and not easy to photograph most animals. The SD Newer may be a better bet but I didn’t go. Escondido is nearest public transport, Blue trolley line. A lot to see in Balboa Park, museums about $25 or get a bundle. The Old Town was worth a a couple of hours, Blue trolley.

The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The room smelled terrible, no room for a suitcase in the tiny closet, tiny fridge barely holds 6 bottled waters, microwave might hold a microwave dinner. No breakfast, tiny lobby. No room service after 6pm. No breakfast. "private balcony" with a "poolside view" was a concrete slab with standing room for 1 person looking straight at the open parking on the top of the garage. Rusted rail. Pool is also nothing to write home about. Very overpriced for what is offered. Take your money elsewhere.
