Best Western Plus Bayside Inn

It had everything we needed, microwave/ fridge, desk, seating, comfy bed, roomy bathroom. Walking distance to everything. Great parking!

Employés sympathiques, très bon parking pas trop achalandé (possibilité de choisir sa place et éviter des accrochages), excellente localisation au centre-ville. Décor et chambres un peu désuets, salle de bain miniature et douche relativement bas de gamme. Piscine adéquate sans être WOW. Nous y retournerions au besoin en famille.

The room was clean and the property was nice But it was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in there was people yelling outside until about one in the morning there is road construction and dump till we left. It was literally the loudest room I have ever been in. There was no noise proofing between the road and your room. I did not sleep at all that night and nearly opened the sliding door and yelled out at the people that were being noisy on the sidewalk at midnight if you stay in this hotel be very picky about where your room is located.

Great location – close enough to little Italy to walk to, but far enough away from the noise to have a quiet stay. My room was great. Upgraded me to a Bayview room for a small additional fee well worth it – 14th floor! Staff was attentive and courteous. All in all one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in 50 years exclamation point highly recommended. I only have positive things to say about this property!

Cleanliness, the organization and easy going staff. For me the bed was too soft. I prefer a much firmer sturdy mattress. Would love to get a steam room or sauna too.

Sheets and pillows had blood stains, not aceptable. Staff was friendly and the location is good. Will not stay here again.

Only hiccup was I had to argue a bit to get the room I paid for- a full BAY VIEW. My initial offering at check-in was a PARTIAL view. The front desk saw my reservation on my email and eventually gave me a FULL BAY View. But it did take a bit TOO MUCH back and forth. They were polite about it. GREAT location. I would recommend.

Everything was clean, they had excellent soaps and amenities. I gave it a 4 star because I woke up with a sore back (little too firm for me) but my husband and 2 yo slept great!
