Good location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Very close to water and ships, nice pool. Close to trolly as well which was convenient but also a little loud.

Parking was not okay
-
Room was clean and staff very friendly made the trip very comfortable

The hotel was in an excellent location. the train wasn't a burden like the views I've read. Traffic was terrible, but that's Cali. Walked to little Italy to eat at fillipis for Lasagna, our favorite place. The $21.00 meatless Lasagna was tasteless and just warm, not the same, Olive Garden is better, never going back. Even the Midway was more pricey. Everything was good except the hotel parking, too small, dead ends at the top. No place to turn around if all the places are taken. A garage is in back across the Tracks, but pricey, I drove a 10 person rental Van. We went for the fireworks, that was a bust. Very disappointing, not the same spectacular event, everyone said, "is that it". not going back. Lobby Coffee was great! Breakfast was good, but they must do something with the Scrambled Eggs.

Everything went great!

This property is well maintained. The rooms are gorgeous , great quality towels and beds. I was grateful to have such a clean comfortable space to sleep in. The room was also larger than i imagined. Breakfast was well prepared and a variety of options. Parking is 40 a night but in a gated garage on premises.

We stay here at least once a year and love everything about the hotel and location.

The room was clean and well stocked. There was always hot beverages available in the lobby. The location was closer to lots of things in the downtown area with a nice view of the harbor. On our check out morning the elevators weren’t working and the stairs don’t lead to the lobby or garage but outside so that was a hassle. Other than that we had a great stay.

-Location is good. Easy walk to the harbor. -Room was clean Cons: -Power and WiFi went out upon check in, so Check in process took about an hour as everyone decided to check in at 4pm and staff was down to one computer. -emergency power shut off for an hour in the late evening, so no power, AC, or elevators. -noise was an unfortunate factor as we were on the side of the building closest to the train. The train was running all night and that’s all we could hear. And the floor above us the floor was creaking all night as people were walking above us. -Parking and key card. Day 2 key card did not work to get into parking garage so I had to call for access, and that also meant the key card did not work for access into hotel from parking garage so we had to make a hike to through the garage to the check in area to get new cards. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I was by myself, but I had my 2 young kids with me and it made our stay a little more stressful then need be as we do pay for these things. Lastly, accommodations for something such as covered parking or at least a discount would be nice for the trouble and added stress.

Location, staff, breakfast. Great option.
-
The room was comfortable and clean. The property seems bit old so could do with a bit of refurbishing given it’s part of Hilton.
-
The only thing I didn’t like was the parking once it’s full it’s full and was told that if we lost our parking, we would have to park elsewhere, but other than that, everything was great and the staff was wonderful I would stay here again
-
Location Lost power for over 3 hours. Couldn’t yes room key. Couldn’t yes elevator. No AC. Tried to get switched to another hotel. Called Hilton direct and they were of NO help. Had 3 grandchildren with me and had early flight next day. Facility was ok but Hilton experience was totally unprofessional and disappointing. Will think twice about staying at a Hilton again.
-
Not good. Ants in room and had to park 2 blocks away
-
En la recepcion me dejaron hacer el check in temprano, el cuarto limpio, muy comodo, el hotel muy bien, el desayuno estaba muy completo y rico.
-
The power kept shutting off and the air conditioner as well so it was really hot in our room. It was dark because of no lighting turning off and on. The tv would turn off and on. We notified the hotel and they said it was happening to the hotel and we asked for a discount because of the problem and they said to ask Expedia since we booked with you. Is there any way to get a discount for our stay?

Great location elevators dirty and slow
-
Elevators barely worked, room keys stopped working, cuz stuck in stairwell because of the eleventh and keys not working.
-
only one of the 3 elevators work.
-
Down to one elevator so slow big lines. Ended up going outside of the hotel and walking down to parking garage. Breakfast is not great eggs and breakfast meat cold. Good location very walkable and bed was comfy. A great weekend but to many other choices to go back.
