Good hotel.

Great location!

El servicio, las instalaciones y la localización son excelentes. El desayuno no es muy bueno, pero está incluído y eso ayuda mucho. No estoy de acuerdo en que el estacionamiento se cobre por separado porque incrementa considerablemente el costo final de la estancia.

There was

There was no shuttle to the airport as indicated on the property profile website thru Expedia. The desk said it was a $15 flat fee for a cab, however, the driver said that was incorrect and charged us $25. The hotel elevators are really run down looking. The staff was nice and room was okay.

Parking was ideal in a parking garage and free breakfast was included! My first stay here Pedro who worked here in 2022 was very helpful when our car did not want to start! Went above and beyond!

This was our second time staying and as the first it was a pleasant stay. Safe, clean and nice breakfast. Great location!!!

The hotel is clean, and free parking lot but they do not have hair dryer and ice machine. If they have those items would be best.

Terrible experience! I booked two rooms for family coming in to town for my birthday weekend. I live in little Italy so I thought it would be a perfect location since it’s in a nice area. They ran out of room keys and told us to call some guy who was not a security guard or even present to let us in and out. The lobby area reeked of cigarettes and urine. One of the rooms had 4 extra locks on the door. It felt very seedy and unsafe.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. Breakfast is more crowded than most places. Some broken windows throughout and the refrigerator in our room was not able to get very cool. Location is great, building is quiet

Looks a bit weathered on the outside but indoors it’s pretty up to date. Location is convenient to walk the Embarcadero.

Parking spaces are small

the staff was very helpful and the property was very clean and the parking garage had a gate to enter which made it very reassuring after coming back late from a concert and the pillows and bed were very comfortable and we loved the black out curtains.

The place was clean and the staff was very helpful when we needed to check in a bit early and leave our luggage, they also had earplugs for my wife, which was fantastic. The pool was clean and pretty warm and my kid loved it.
