Close to train station and trolly and all the attractions! Nothing to complain about!

Clean room

Great location. Security very present at night. Good breakfast provided. Beds were comfortable but could be better. Parking was a little challenging but they let us park in any space since the hotel was so full.

The hotel is renovated, but it is next to the trolly and amtrak, which is always the nosiy with the train passed or the alarm that the road would be closed. When I checked in, I asked that I prefer the quite side of the hotel, but even though there is rooms available, they still signed me a nosiy one. And later I checked 2 times that I could not sleep and switch room, they just continully say all booked out. And when I saw that people checked out, they replied that because no house keeping, they still could not change to me... which is terrible experience, and nothing helped at all!

There was a very noisy concert going on in the afternoon to 10 pm at night that I was not made aware of. The park was across the street. I would not have stayed had I known. No one told me when I checked in. The lady the next morning showed me a small sign that was on the in the entrance that was supposed to alert me. It was not conspicuous. They should have told me. There were no drawers for clothing either. I am a Hilton gold member as I travel a lot. This was my first bad experience in a Hampton inn hotel.

Staff was amazing and helpful. It has been renovated but probably could use another refresh but location is awesome. Not sure if the late checkout or $20 per hour after 11am is reasonable or because the CRSSSD Music Festival happening across the street but most hotels offer at least one hour late checkout complimentary. Would stay again as location is GREAT! Would stay again

I was able to check earlier in, which was very nice My side of the bed didn't have a phone charging outlet, which made it a bit inconvenient

Loud Noise Food is bad

It was very difficult to park a SUV vehicle.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind

Location and the room was spacious.

In town for a concert. Location was perfect. Jumped on the trolly and took us right to Petco Park. Breakfast was good too.

Everything was just fine except the incredibly annoying motion sensor lights in the front area of the room. Every time someone got up to use the bathroom, they come on very brightly. We complained to the staff and they said they were for safety reasons. Never seen anything like it before. Did not feel safe just annoyed
