Conveniently located and generally clean.

This place is very old and in need of updating asap, although the room was clean the carpet was extremely old and full of stains and the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs! The balcony was ok but, like the rooms it’s in desperate need of an upgrade, we ended up checking out a day earlier! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was extremely comfy too! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was just perfect! It wasn’t my first time at his hotel and will go back again for sure! But, we are just shocked and disappointed with additional charges that Expedia never mentioned! We thought what we paid was it, but there was additional fees plus tax and $40 parking fee! It’s not a issue with hotel but Expedia misleading!

Great view and location. Front Desk could have been more welcoming at Check In. M

old looking buildings. staff nowhere near sufficient number.

The outside elevator in Tower 2 that allowed you to see outside was a great idea, but it wasn't working during our stay, which would've been cool! The water refill stations on the premises were great! However, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. Loved the Claim Jumper restaurant and convenience of just running downstairs for a fairly inexpensive and good meal. Parking fees were a bit ridiculous at $50/day, especially when the parking was cramped and tight to get in and out of vehicles.
-
They have hidden fees that they will tell you once you put down your $300 deposit that they don’t have to tell you about travel fees daily that are $35 plus parking that’s $50 per day so in the end I’ve ended up paying $260 in parking and “travel fee”to them when I’ve already paid through Expedia. They are not helpful at all. They could care less about the military staying there. For three days I ended up paying almost $1000 not worth it and I’m not happy.

Good location great service very clean

Room view was great first night we got there overlooking the bay with the sunset. Set the tone for the whole week.

Rooms are old and outdated, not enough food amenities (no vending machines), I was unable to get coffee on one of my days due to coffee shop was closed and it was only 10:00 am, bed was too soft and had no blankets just sheets, also A/C unit was so loud I had to continuously increase tv volume, paid $50 a night for parking only to still have to park far away and at the top of the parking garage. For the price I paid I expected better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay in our Bay View room
-
Clean room, staff was great. Also view from the balcony was very enjoyable while I drank my evening coffee.
-
Loved it! Close to everything we needed!

I’d say book this stay for a budget friendly but rugged stay. Shower bottles were not well maintained, run down furniture, and tissue stuck in a hole in the ceiling rather than a lightbulb installed. Poor bathroom lighting.
-
Spent 45 mins in line waiting to check in. The toilet in our room had no water. Maintenance came up immediately to fix it along with the shampoo dispenser that had come unglued from the shower wall before we got there. Great personnel. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water was lukewarm to semi-cool. Went downstairs to eat at Claim Jumpers and there was only 1 person serving who was also bartending and waiting on tables that were dirty and greasy. The balcony view consisted of a dirty roof and wall littered with beer cans. Next day we found a dime size bug crawling up the bathroom wall. Not what I expected from Wyndham at all.

Great view from the balcony!

No issues. Great spot on waterfront. Easy parking valet process.
