Not the greatest place I’ve ever stayed up but for a place to sleep it’s perfect

Just an overall great experience

Helpful front desk staff.

Check in was an awful experience. 30 people waiting in line to check in and one staff member. Stood in line for an hoir amd a half.

Clean room, good staff, good breakfast, good balcony. Bath could use some updating, but all worked as needed.

Great staff

They advertised valet service and parked our car when we arrived. When we asked for our car, they told us they did not have valet. We were given our keys and told to go look for our car and that it could be in a parking lot or on the side of the hotel. They then told us that valet was the same price as self park. When we checked out they charged us a higher price for valet service. Very bizarre. Staff seemed very untrained.

Everything was great! Julyda who checked me in was FANTASTIC! Loved my room and my view. My only complaint is there should always be more people at the front desk to check people in. Long line and took 45 minutes to get to Julyday. Luckily, she made me feel so much better and I will definitely stay her again.

Great hotel as always. Really helpful and a pleasant place to stay.

Our room was generally clean. I wasn't grossed out but there was a piece of garbage on the floor and something caked into the desk chair. The pool was really nice. I loved the water bottle refill station! The central location of the hotel in San Diego was also great - it made it very easy to get to several tourist spots. Overall, we had a really nice time.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They even allowed me a complimentary late checkout after my flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel was clean but as far as the room we stayed in the window shades are pretty dusty so it can make us sneeze. the sink faucet was leaking so we have to put a trash can under to make sure it doesn’t leak all over the floor. It was for room 650 but customer service from the hotel is very nice and sweet. There use to be a hotel shuttle to the airport but they stop that service now. The pool is outdoors and nice and clean.

Overall good place. Came on the weekend so it was busy with comic con and other and events. Parking on the premise for $50 a day on the weekend was hard to deal with but overall good experience.***

Staff was super friendly and the check in process was extremely simple. Rooms are clean and the views are beautiful.

everything was fine in the beginning , we got picked up at the airport by their shuttle and the driver was very nice and helpful. but when we checked out on monday and waited for the shuttle to take us back to the airport the driver told us it was only for the airline stuff and was very dismissive and rude about it. he didn’t even try to help us out, if it was only airline stuff then why did they pick us up when we first arrived? overall that could’ve been handled better.
