What a perfect weekend with a perfect stay with great views!

Room was old and no value to money. You book a room with high price you expect to have at least 2 slippers in the room also a coffee machine which was not there! I think this is a 4 stars hotel I can’t describe it as 5 stars hotel !

Unlike the IHG in LA, I felt that premium rooms a bit smaller and view of the bay, although claims bay view is not as expected, unless you get the corner room

Excellent property!

We had breakfast included in our stay but only used it one time because it was always a long wait. One time they told us they ran out of silverware. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel

I would've given a 5 star but only one incident makes me give a 4 star. It was my time to checkout on 9/19/26 and there were 3 personals at the front desk; they were all young; I would say, tops 23 years old, two white men and one white woman. The one blonde-man had just checked out a guest so then I went to check out with the lady. She is sweet, professional, and made relatable conversation. As we chuckled, the blonde man, staring at his computer with a straight face chortled, as to mock us. Mind you, regardless of my race this was unacceptable to see. The other man walked closer to him as to tell him to quit it as I looked their way, to my right. Who knows, that might've been his girlfriend or he has an issue with people getting along interracially. Apart from that, everyone was welcoming and wonderful.

Location was excellent close to the tram line and harbour. Booking.com don’t cover the cost of breakfast despite booking for four people and including breakfast as an extra cost through booking.com I was told by the hotel staff that booking.com only cover 2 of the 4 people booked into the room and up to $30 per person$60 max. I had paid extra for lounge access as well but was told that was only for 2 of the 4 my daughters would be charged $100/day per person. So a family of fours one and only breakfast cost a staggering $280, I was offered $60 off the total. Despite paying more for the booking I decided to eat out for the remaining 3 days.

There was a day housekeeping didnt even clean the room. There were a couple staff that was helpful but most of them were not. Just wanted to say, I always stay at Intercontinental and I mean including internationally. I was at intercon NYC 2 weeks ago moving my daughter. I have to say, the branch in San Diego really sucks. All the other perks I enjoyed in other intercons I had to fight for here and it was just a pretty tiring stay overall.

Amazing stay! The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we had such a great experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing view of USS Midway and Bay. Clean room and modern amenities.

Cons: The need to pay attention to all the extra fees. $50+/day to park, $50 amenity fee, $40/day for breakfast. We thought we'd do the hotel a favor and decline room service, with a request only to have coffee pods/water replaced, which ended up with a $10/day charge. The $23 food credit seems low when a regular burger is $28. The AC caused intermittent noises throughout the night that disturbed sleep. These aren't necessarily big deals, but leaves a poor impression that seems easily avoidable.

More than 90 mins wait for the breakfast on weekend, do not prepaid the breakfast

Great Hotel.

Great hotel room (10th flr suite) with a beautiful view. We did not try any of the restaurants so we cannot speak to the food quality. Overall, a wonderful 4-day stay.

They told us because we book from Expedia we cannot upgrade your room that was disappointing, plus they did not clean our rooms for two days

Perfect location, within walking distance to shops, and dining options.

The pool was a little small and super busy, but the other amenities were greasy. The restaurants had great views and the room was great.
