We stayed for 4 nights during a conference. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was clean and comfy. The work desk was also spacious. The view to the harbor was amazing as our room was on the 16th floor. The vanity in the bathroom had many open shelves which were super functional and also small floating shelf with magnified glass was useful. The restaurant on the lobby floor had the best Cesar salad and burger for lunch. Plus, bartenders were friendly. The gym was excellent. There is a Starbucks in the same building. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the hotel was fantastic- great view of the bay (definitely worth the upgrade!), and super friendly and helpful staff! We also upgraded to the daily breakfast, which i highly recommend. They have a fantastic full buffet every day, which was excellent! Overall, a fantastic stay! We’ll be back!

The staff at the hotel were all so helpful and pleasant to work with really helped make our stay more enjoyable. The club lounge we upgraded too was a nice extra to have for a relaxing area to grab a bite or get a drink when parched.

Good location. We walked daily to the convention center and Gaslamp area. The daily $23 tab was great - perfect for getting a drink at the end of the day. The bar staff were always friendly.

Everything and everyone were nice! From the lovely welcome treat and amazing view to the super comfy beds and excellent dining options … just fantastic. The Intercontinental helped us have a wonderful anniversary weekend.
