Staff was nice, location is great.

The location was 10/10, we took the train and walked the 3 minutes to the hotel. It’s about a 12min walk to Little Italy. It’s further from Petco Park & at the edge of Gaslamp Quarter but we liked that since it was nice not being near the rowdiness. We were able to walk everywhere and stop at bars along the way to get to Petco park.

Small, Comfortable and clean room. Did not like the fat, lumpy pillows for sleeping.

We stayed in one of the lofts on the first floor, and everything about this particular room was great. It was super cute, spacious, and incredibly convenient for getting in and out of the hotel. I’m also a dog mom, so making sure my dog is comfortable wherever we stay means a lot to me. We left him relaxing in the room while we went to a concert, and when we came back, he was sleeping so soundly and completely comfortable which made me love the room even more. The only downside was the noise. Being on the first floor in a downtown location, it was definitely loud at times, but that’s somewhat expected in the middle of the city and it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, the hotel was charming, unique, dog-friendly, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Small but Good, thank you

Everything was perfect for our one night stay! We had absolutely no complaints. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, they even gave us complimentary waters, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is beautiful, upscale, and very well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Best pancakes ever for breakfast and great staff in restaurant and the bar. Great location for walking the harbor, catching trolley or Coaster train to L.A., and close to Seaport Village.
-
This is a nice hotel and once the renovations are done it looks like it will be better. We just apparently came at the wrong time.
-
Expedia said the hotel had a pool but the pool was still under construction.

Exelente

Breakfast offerings were plenty. Really good food. Person @ check-in was great. Lexi @ check-out should NOT be a front facing employee! Rude! Not Helpful! We were told @ check-in ALL of our breakfast would be covered due to the excessive noise & renovation work being done. She treated us like we were lying!! We were not informed in advance there would be this excessive renovation. Very disappointed no pool.

Overall, Id say this hotel is trying to be a five star. They are not there yet but seem to be on there way. For the most part, everything was very clean but they are going through construction at the moment so thats making perfect cleanliness a challenge.
-
Lobby under construction. Rooms were clean.
-
Phenomenal room with views of the city and lots of natural light. I wish I was there when it wasn’t under construction but maybe next time.
-
Front desk was great
-
Boutique hotel, good location and friendly staff. However, the rooms lack amenities like refrigerator, coffee machine etc. What didn’t go very well with us is that our room was in the basement, which was unexpected.
-
There’s no hotel parking. Parking is next door and you have to pay. Hotel doesn’t validate parking ticket.
-
Terrible experience. Never go back there again.
