The room is a little small, the floor space is a bit tight, but you don’t go to San Diego to spend a ton of time in your room. The room was very nicely appointed, and the shower was great. Love that the room had both a mini fridge and microwave! We had one room with two double beds, for a parent and two teenagers and it worked great for us. Plus, the price of the hotel is less expensive than others in the area, so a slightly smaller room makes it more affordable. The area was safe and quiet. Would absolutely stay again!

Staff were welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions. The young valet attendant was also helpful in assuring we had a place to park. We will be back!

Very good budget friendly option. Friendly, staff, good location, cool spot.

Great location. Nice hotel with nice staff.
-
Old building. If an elevator is down, expect a line.

I think I got the smallest room available in the hotel; it felt more like a closet with a window than a hotel room, but sometimes you get what you paid for. Even the VIP status didn't do much. On the last day, there was a leak from the ceiling, so good thing I was checking out. Location is great!

Staff was very kind and helpful at all hours of the day. If we stayed again, we would opt for the bigger, classic room than a smaller premier room, as the upgrades/renovations were nice but didn't make enough of a difference to us. Overall, the property was very quiet and clean for being downtown and it was walkable to almost everything on our itinerary.

Clean, efficient, helpful. It's a great location! I would definitely go back!

We loved the room size, the hotel location, and the Nespresso coffee in our room

Overall, great stay.

Definitely a solid choice for downtown area, especially if you're utilizing the trains.

The restaurant, Truva, is excellent however!

Gorgeous room, stunning views. Would stay again!

Only 1 elevator was working the entire week we were there. The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool the room as much as we’d liked. The bathroom light switch and sink were outside of the bathroom sliding door so if you got up in the middle of the night you were probably disturbing anyone else in the room. Would prefer a bottle of hand soap next to the sink rather than the annoying little square. Also weren’t impressed when we had the privacy sign up but someone came in while we were out and put an unnecessary sofa chair in the corner of the already small room, moving all of our stuff

The room we stayed in had black mold on all the windows. The hotel is dated and the rooms are gross
