The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

My husband and I stayed in the Jr. Suite with balcony. Room was clean however the bathroom pocket door could barely open and close without using some muscle and two hands. The shower had no shelf for razor or a bar of soap (although had the soap dispenser mounted to wall). Staff was exceptional, having our 25th wedding anniversary getaway, staff provided a very nice signed card, polaroid pictures and pretty presentation in the room with champagne and balloon. Hotel has a great restaurant and bar as well! This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Weston due to great location in Gaslamp district and hotel amenities. We did not use the gym but used the small pool daily.

We had a great time at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp. No complaints and an enjoyable stay.

Very well located, clean. Nice breakfast but can be improved for sure. Nice pool area. Old building with unrefurbished facilities (room doors were old, toilet got stuck in the first night of our stay). The noise could be heared from different rooms - yelling people and another bark from a dog, so don’t expect it to be a very relaxing and quiet stay.

This is a very well located hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and property was clean, and well maintained.

Destination fee goes towards some nice perks. We received free beers, boat cruise, and bike rides for 2.

Amazing stay ! Very friendly staff ! Perfect for sight seeing 3 minutes walking from the bars and nightlife of the gaslamp. Would totally re-book again !

Location, cleanliness, modern. Resort fees and excessive parking cost.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk team was very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was great and made it easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip

Overall, the experience was fantastic. The room was amazing and was more than even shown on the description truly truly happy with our stay highly recommend.

Only valet parking and I forgot my car's keycard so I had to park off premises but otherwise great.

I liked how helpful the staff was, how safe I felt in the hotel, and how comfortable, clean and nice the rooms were. I was only there for a night and wasn’t able to use any of the amenities, so I can’t comment on those.

the room was uncleaned three times during my six days stay - and I didn't have ¨Do not Disturb¨ tag on my door.

We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. Very nice staff, spa, gym, restaurant and bar. Great location.

Westin hotels have always been excellent for service, staff, and hospitality and conditions of hotels.

We had a great trip and this hotel was amazing. It’s close enough to all great places in San Diego that you’d want to see.
