Friendly staff, beautiful decor/interior!

Overall, a decent stay. Nothing special. We visited over the Fourth of July weekend, so we paid an astronomical rate, and for the price, I don’t feel the hotel quite lived up to expectations. That said, the rooms were clean, the lobby was tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very accommodating and promptly moved us to a new room after our original room was kept awake by a dog barking relentlessly throughout the night. My only other downside was the surrounding area, which felt a bit sketchy after dark. Overall, it’s a solid hotel, but I’d be more inclined to stay again at a way lower price point.

Great stay

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. I will say the only inconvenience was there only being one elevator for all six floors so it can take a while to catch a ride. Overall it was maintained well and not too load for being in downtown.

The hotel is very cool and stylish. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive. I will warn parents that this is not a kid-friendly hotel. The neighborhood is very dangerous. The hotel also does not validate parking so incorporate $68 into the advertised /day price. In all my time traveling around the world, I’ve never encountered a hotel that didn’t include parking or validate parking for their guests. The actual vallet process is also incredibly stressful. There’s a tiny street parking spot near the turning lane of the street to park your car while the vallet attendants take your car. It’s hardly ever open so you’re left to risk your car being hit or towed during this process. The self-parking advertised on the website is just as terrible and so unsafe. I had someone chase me into the garage. Cute hotel, terrible area, and nightmare nightmare nightmare parking.

Great location. Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. It’s very loud. I could hear the people above me, and I could hear full conversions of the people next to us.

The room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet. I love that the had a little closet by the elevator with an ice machine and a coffee maker. Location was perfect for us, everything we needed was walking distance. I did need some things so I called the front desk to ask for the things and I received them quickly. I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean but didnt like the fact that there was no true restaurant inside the hotel or a true bar..

Just loved everything honestly. Hotel was gorgeous and smelled amazing. Rooms were awesome, staff was awesome. Close to everything and walkable. Coffee set up with snacks down the hall were awesome too. Didn't have to park so not able to comment on that, but didnt look easy?

I really did appreciate the front desk staff. They were so warm and welcoming, kind, and always smiling. Even the staff who opened in closed the main entrance doors were very nice and friendly.

Enjoyed looking at the hotel decor and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
