Lovely hotel, excellent location with a lot of restaurants close by. A few blocks to the pier. Hotel staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Had some room service that was very timely and tasty. Good location The $70 a night valet parking charge is a bit excessive. They would be smarter to have a higher room rate where you don’t notice it.

MY, stay at the hotel was fabulous. The check-in was very smooth. The front desk was very polite and my room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. It had excellent amenities and I would recommend staying at this hotel to anybody looking for a very nice hotel with excellent amenities with an amazing staff.

Room was nice but a little on the smaller side. fridge was completely turned off and open upon arrival so we weren’t able to utilize it immediately…

Flush pressure was not optimal in the Bathroom

The bathroom had dust all over the fixtures. No mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. the homeless population around the hotel was terrible. Didn’t feel safe walking around. Water took forever to get warm. Don’t think it should be a 5 star hotel

Front desk Victoria couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Every hotel person that we encountered went above and beyond. Looking forward to staying here again.

In short, there was absolutely nothing to be unhappy about during my visit except perhaps the carpet! The 2019 patriotic-themed one was soooooooo much classier than the current blue plaid!

Hotels beautiful elevators are little small and sometimes have to wait for a few times to get when people are all leaving at the same time great Hotel definitely overpriced

Only entrance is good Nothing luxury on room, expensive Valletta parking $70, bay more then , with booking full brake fast covered, and receptionist said on four members $60 Brakefast covered, not going with booking full brake.com next time, or reimburse brakefast and vallet parking.

Net curtains were missing or shredded in both rooms. Everything else was lovely.
