Our interaction with Sean truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did he treat us with the upmost respect, he went above and beyond with helping my boyfriend and I during our stay by the pool area. Thank you Sean!

Centrally located for convenience enjoyed perk of late checkout however when i returned to the room the key needed to be reset and the beverages left in the refrigerator were cleared out Needed front desk to track down over zealous housekeeping to recover unopened Champagne left in room.

I have no complaints about the hotel but just cannot give more stars due to the location of the property. I wanted to grab something from CVS right next door and had to turn around and walk right back as the amount of homeless people and drug addicts in the middle of the day accompanied with the dirtiness and the smell…gosh…very unfortunate.

I will be staying here again! I’m a little bit of a hotel snob, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The customer service was excellent. The location was excellent. The rooms in the hotel were clean and aesthetically beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

Check in was super easy, the bathroom was huge, Modern, clean, the bed was huge for a queen size and the most comfortable bed. I was suppose to go out to the town but I never got back off that bed and got the best rest. It was right in the middle of everything and my brothers room had the most amazing balcony view. Staff was super friendly, the coffee bar downstairs had the best coffee I’ve ever tried, and overall it was all amazing. Affordable without a doubt, I paid for two rooms what every other hotel was charging for one room. Best time ever

Decent. Bums everywhere outside the hotel, valet doesn’t help with bags. No accommodations for early check in or late checkout options, staff was indifferent and didn’t bother to try even though I mentioned I was willing to pay extra. Overall, it was ok but at the price point there are better options in gaslamp.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I don’t leave reviews so that says a lot

Nice clean room.
-
Really nice hotel with comfy beds. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only downsides were lukewarm shower, super expensive parking, and homelessness problem on the streets surrounding the hotel. Also, we wanted to sit out on the roof deck but most of the area was closed for a private event.

Nice hotel close to Gaslamp.

It was a nice stay. I would stay there again

Great location

Beautiful room and wonderful location. All staff were attentive from the valet to server in the cafe. Check-in was pleasant and we felt very welcomed! Decor was amazing, and didn’t feel over the top or cookie cutter, it felt curated.

Such a wonderful hotel in the middle of downtown. We were treated so well from the valet team all the way to the restaurant staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained and had such a unique design to it that we loved and appreciated. The intentionality of the murals that were different on every floor was not missed. Loved the rooftop pool and area and the breakfast area was nice too. We got a room close to the top so we had no issues with noise and since it was a corner room we had wonderful views. Highly recommend. Shout out to the amazing team member Tre who took such great care of us from the moment we walked through the doors till we left. We appreciate you sir!

Very helpful staff at check in and check out. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. There are no blackout curtains so expect to be greeted in the morning with sunlight. The parking situation is not ideal but we did pay to park across the street for $40 over night. They do have a bar in the lobby and one by the pool and the complimentary bottle of wine is a nice touch. Also we were given a $20 credit to use during our stay which I thought was great.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful!
-
overall great experience

Location is a bit sketchy though close to everything in downtown. Street noise is a problem. One other complaint- I set the room thermostat to 66 at night but the temperature would not go below a warm 72. Also, I was a bit surprised that there is a $35 “destination charge” per day. $20 of that can be used at the hotel.

Only downside are the homeless in area.
