Loved the location, staff, cleanliness, security and Valet service Smart tvs would enhance the experience

Got a free upgrade, great location with everything within walking distance, room was clean and staff were nice.

The staff was amazing and you could see in every corner that they really care For that amount of money I would have expected a room with daylight but maybe that’s just an European perspective

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, felt safe, clean, quiet and peaceful inside hotel Minor things, mostly that the windows could use an update for better sound insulation. I had to keep checking that it was closed bc I could hear all of the noise from the street on Fri and Sat perfectly.

Nice affordable stay. I left at 4 in the morning and the valet was ready with my car at this god forsaken hour

Terrible place to stay. Terrible valet service. Room was not insulated at all, can hear all noises from outside which made it difficult to sleep. No ice machine on any floors u have to go to the top floor for ice. Old dated site, I woukd not stay here again. Staff not helpful.

Everything was pretty cool for the most part . We wanted to check in earlier for a concert and it didn’t quite work out but still liked the hotel and would go again. Super easy walk to pet co park

This is an older Hotel that has been well maintained. The Hotel is located in the city but had very good security. Rooms very clean, AC worked great.

We loved the old charm of the hotel. The staff were amazing! The rooftop with a 24 hour coffee and water machine was an extra added perk!

Booked a junior corner suite with a view king and pull out bed and was put in a 200sq ft old janitorial style closet with a double bed. Completely over charged for this old place slapped with lipstick to call it luxury. Awful.

Room was clean serviced everyday very large. Felt safe and secure
