The Bristol Hotel San Diego

Bed is too soft. The bathroom smells.

Hotel was extremely clean and nice location was perfect. Only thing was no breakfast no complementary water bottles.

We had a great stay!

For a place like this, they should at least have complementary breakfast. To be honest with you it was really hot in the room. The AC was hot and the room was in super clean. But I guess they could improve more. At least with the AC because my room was really hot.

Upon arriving, front desk took awhile to greet us. Once off the elevator the hallway smelt odd. The room was spacious but the bathroom didn’t lock and the door was very hard to slide open/close. Toilet was easily clogged the first night.

The rooms describe they fit 4 adults but they are 2 double beds, that's false advertising..the rate was way more than a hotel like this is worth..The staff wasn't helpful at all in trying to resolve or improve the situation..they had overbooked for the night & were overcommitted so they just didn't seem to have the operations side of the business figured out. The ceiling was leaking and it was in disrepair.

They had absolutely nothing to offer downstairs.

I liked the location of the property. It was an easy walk to restaurants and Petco Park. The rug and lamp shade were stained in my room. Unfortunately there was a leak in the lobby ceiling on one of the days we stayed making the elevator unusable and we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 5th floor.

The last night, we were evacuated because of a water burst and the ceiling fell. We are ok, but I don't recommend the hotel.

Checking in was pretty straight forward and it only took me minutes to get a room in te morning. Not bad at all.

Sucio, lo peoar que no tenian toallas limpias, no nos entregaron,,,,,,,,,,,, el peor hotel donde hemos llegado, lo bueno fue qye solo fue por una noche!!!

Be advised - this property is going through a remodel. Unfortunately, this wasn't shared in the description when I booked. Issues with water, AC, and internet occurred during my stay. Temptered expectations are in order should you stay here.

I cant do anything with cold water. It was an uncomfortable situation. The place smelled like a cigarette factory on the 8th floor. As soon as you got off the elevator it feels old and not taken care of . Workers there did what they could and checked the water but there was really no answers as to why they didnt have any

clean and comfortable room! Nice staff and centrally located in downtown.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly!!! Walking distance from gaslamp too.

The room was decent sized, it had a comfy bed and it was clean. Walking distance to downtown. Nothing special, but good overall.

Parking was the only issue had to park somewhere else and pay for parking instead of getting it for free at the hotel
