Good location in downtown

I would certainly stay again.

Reception on arrival was fabulous - great valet parkers, despite it not being the hotels carpark, they directed to another carpark that we'd booked and even stopped the traffic for us to reverse out. Guy on reception was fabulous. Very welcoming and full of hints and tips to navigate the city.The hotel is getting a renovation, the ceiling is reception is plasterboard, the bar area is closed and full of stacked up furniture. The shower areas were tired and grubby looking and the bedding wasn't as we'd expected

The only thing that like was the location and the bed was comfortable. The gym was nice but needed a fan. The minute you walk in the ceiling had no tile. Once I got off elevator the whole hallway smelled like smoke and was so stuffy. Once in the room it also was smokey and the bathroom flor and shower had mold. Also none of the plugs worked and your charging cables would keep falling out of them and the rugs were all stained. No microwave. Toiletries were lack luster.

The location was walking distance from great food and nightlife. The valet attendants were extremely nice. There was an extremely high amount of homeless people and drug use at all turns. The smell in the bathroom was quite musty, the coffee maker in the room also smelled horrible it was awful and unusable, the staff expressed zero concern nor did they provide a new one. The lobby coffee maker had Flys around it. The ice maker didn't work on our floor had to go from 8th to 3rd to obtain. They supplied 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. Not even complementary water, by the time we left they had filled the lobby store before that it was lacking any substance or even the $4 basic water bottles. We had to go to the store to get water bottles.

Air conditioning worked great in the room and the location was great, very walkable to anywhere you want to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness and how well kept the property was OK. Some areas appeared under repair or in need of repair. The sheets and bed were clean (softer mattress though) water pressure was good and hot water was not a problem. I would stay here again if wanting to be downtown.

They need to upgrade the lobby, Do something with the ballroom like offering continental breakfast rather than using it as a storage area.

Lobby is unfinished, the rooms bathroom door seized up couldn't open it or get out til my friend helped me out. Staff was cool tho

The location was good for my getaway. The staff was amazing! From check in to check out they were friendly and helpful all making sure we were being taken care of. The water pressure in our bathroom shower was horrible, it was hard to get shower aftwr a long day. We also had a hallway the reeked of pot, even though it is a smoke free hotel.

Good location, nice staff The bathroom was rough. The toilet bowl had what looked like mildew. Some of the bathroom floor and shower tile grout was black with mildew.

Location was decent. It was clean and staff were very nice Coffee pot had no outlet for it use, had to move it around the room, the handle for the toilet and shower were loose. Just the details were not 100 %
