The staff was friendly and the room was okay.

We thought we were going to check in on Friday. But instead we checked in on Saturday the day of my event. And checked out Sunday. And didn't stay til Monday. I was ready to go.

The room was extremely small.

The hotel staff were available 24 hours a day and were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The location in Little Italy was excellent, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave and an iron. Everything was well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive. It would have been better if the menu changed daily and included more options such as eggs, sausages, and sandwiches. Housekeeping was provided every other day, which was acceptable, but daily service would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The hotel was as expected clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is equipped with a TV, fridge, and a microwave. In a good location with a 20 minute walk to the Coronado Ferry and plenty of places to eat close by. N/A

Great location Building is a little aged, but for the price it is very good.

Fast check-in, friendly and kind staff, super clean room with everything in working order. The 'breakfast' is really a very minimal, at best, continental breakfast, but location is ideal and at very close proximity to many nice restaurants to eat at all hours. Parking's a few blocks away, but it's much cheaper than other public parking areas (but if your vehicle is wide, be ready, it's TIGHT). Would stay at again!

The location is in Little Italy and close to all of the restaurants and close to the freeways. The location is great, but parking, not so much. I found out after I arrived, my large SUV would not fit in their parking area so I had to find street parking. The room was quite small and very worn out. The fridge had been leaking, so there was water on the ground.

No where to park to load. Basically on street with emergency flashers on. Paid parking is too far to walk with your luggage and personal items. Accidentally fill out my top question in the wrong box.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well cleaned, but the property is poorly maintained with low quality furnishings.

There is no space to serve a proper breakfast but the hotel is doing their best with serving yoghurt, cheese, pastries, fruit, juice and tea/coffee that you can take on a tray to your room - was more than enough for us to start our day. The room was tiny, we could barely move around with two people, even though we didn't have big luggage. It is ok for a very short stay but would be annoying for longer stays.

The room was very well kept and clean when I arrived. The staff was great and very accommodating, and I think the location was in a solid area. NA

Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Within easy walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.
