Staff was super friendly ! Great location ! They provided all the amenities and beach stuff you could ask for ! Great place to stay with your family !

They don’t clean our room everyday even when we had asked for it. Could’ve been better with that. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Our family loves the PT! The location, amenities, and staff are amazing! We have stayed at a few other hotels nearby and nothing compares to the PT!

The hotel is very family friendly with a central pool and all balconies over looking the pool.

They have the snacks upfront and want charge them also no heathy options The doors were very heavy on the room and also poop door which slammed on my ankle and took skin out . Room service option are so bad we did not eat Please don’t order any teriyaki as the chicken tasted old and no flavor . Thr elevators took for ever to come . Will not be back here again especially if you’re traveling with little kids .

The staff was super friendly! Food was good and loved the easy access to the beach. I just was not happy with the restaurant set up. The tables are set up right where the kids are running in and out of the pool and there is no actual bar that you can sit at. The housekeeping staff were all so kind and helpful! I would definitely go back! FYI parking was $45 a night 😫

Great location and staff is fantastic.

Traveled with my boyfriend and brother here, have nothing but great things to say. The staff was so kind and helpful. The included bikes were great because we didn’t rent a car, everything is a close walk though. Plenty of food and bars, surf shops and gift shops. Beach was a close walk down the pier. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay!!! Excellent location and helpful staff. Loved running on the strand and our photos of sunsets. Also recommend a Drift latte from the Drift cafe!

All of that said, the best thing about our stay was the service. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they all genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Special shout out to Alexa, Jake, and Talon and the front desk and Kaya and Maddy at the pool. We cannot thank you guys enough for making us feel so welcome. We hope to be back for another visit soon!

Our room exceeded our expectations. The view was phenomenal! The location was central to all the places we wanted to go to. The parking garage was easily accessible. The walking path by the beach was so fun to walk on. I loved that we could walk to lunch and dinner when we were at the hotel for those meals. There really isn’t anything!

Great beach front hotel close to restaurants and bars. I had an ocean front room which was very quiet and I watched the sunset from my balcony. Room was large with a bar, mini fridge, small sink and microwave. I would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here would absolutely come back. All of the employees were very accommodating not being from San Diego not sure on what we wanted to do. They had several suggestions and were extremely helpful. They had everything that you needed for the beach. Having a concierge was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious.Absolutely deserves the five stars that were given.
