Beach Haven - Near Pacific Beach Park

This place was nice advice anyone to stay. The office personel was very helpful. Clean.

Terrible experience. The hotel allowed a loud party to continue until around 3:30 a.m., with people drinking, blasting music, and repeatedly slamming the front door throughout the night. Other guests were even banging on the walls trying to get them to quiet down. I got almost no sleep and had to cancel my 7:00 a.m. surfing plans. When I explained the situation and asked the front desk for a late checkout, they were dismissive and offered no accommodation or assistance. Very disappointing stay, and I would not return.

I loved the fact that the rem were set up to be able to cook your own meals without having to bring all your pots and pans and the rest of the kitchen with you cause it's all they're ready to go.

Great area to stay in. Lots to do. We loved the hotel and space in the room but the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the shower comes out on a trickle. Definitely needs to be updated!

The location was great with a lot of restaurants and beach was easily walking distance. The hotel needed upgrades and was not kept clean. The rooms were less than adequate, no coffee maker, microwave, beds needed upgrades, and pillows. I will choose another hotel in this area next time.

It’s close to the beach. The lady checking us in was nice. That’s it for the positive. Dated and super loud. I could hear every conversation in the room above us. Every person walking thru the gate. Every time someone else ran the water the pipes had a high screaming noise. At close to $300 dollars a night this is a dump.

Location is pretty good, rooms are clean. They don’t have breakfast, microwave and also do not clean room for nights less than 5. Parking spots are narrow but sufficient.

Super emplacement, 2 minutes de plage! Entrée securisé. Besoin de renovation tant pour les chambres que la piscine/spa. Air climatisée devrait être fonctionnelle et un bon nettoyage des fenêtres. Craques au niveau des portes. Frigo qui coule sur le tapis. Ménage des chambres seulement sur demande. Lits confortables.

Amazing location, and the pool and hot tub were great amenities

The location is good right next to the beach. The room was gross and clearly hadn’t been fully cleaned in forever. There was grime on the corners everywhere and damage to the walls. It smelled very strongly the entire stay of an air freshener or cleaner that gave us all headaches. The sheets were rough and the fabric was pilling. The hot tub chemicals were clearly messed up and it was the water was green. The staff was rude and turned off our keys to the room an hour before check out so we had to go ask to have them turned back on so we could get our luggage from the room. They acted like it was a pain to have to help us and made us wait for a while before even acknowledging we were there. The staff do not answer the phone when you call and do not call back when you leave a voicemail. For some reason the pool closes at 9pm and cards do not work to get in 20 minutes before 9pm. There is a $250 charge if you are in the pool area after 9pm which is just crazy. I have never stayed at a place where the pool closes so early. Even our community pool back home that has lifeguards closes at 11pm…

Close to the beach; wonderful pool; comfortable rooms. I would like a coffee machine in the room personally.

We did have trouble with the tv and getting the 200 channels you offer. The night lady in the office was very helpful and tried to get it working to no avail. we settled for just regular tv, no problem. Thank you for the stay until next time.
