Pacific View Inn

Place was mid but for the cost right on the water I can't complain. Definitely worth considering if you want something on the water but not looking to spend close to or more than a thousand a night.

Different location than we typically stay but turned out to be the perfect location. Staff were friendly and tentative to our needs. We did have a smishap where, well cleaning to room, they got bleach on a newly purchased sweatshirt. Currently trying to iron out with Expedia-which has been the only pain. Other than that- great staff. Great location.

The only thing was the porch lights that came thru on the sides of the blinds - made the room to bright to sleep.

Very clean but basic small beach motel. Was on beach, but was listed as partial ocean view. Not really, you could see standing from open doorway, but yes it was on beach , yet quiet. No pool. Our main issue was the $559. I get that we booked 4 days ahead in August, But I just thought there would be a lot more to it , for that price. That’s the most we’ve ever spent for one night in our lives, even once at a Fairmont. There also was only parking 6 spaces to pay for, otherwise you had to find parking in extremely crowded beach adjacent streets.

Ocean view for our room was overrated , it's more like a very small partial view. Hotel was ok but location was excellent.

For the price, I got what I expected. But definitely you can say the same thing with more hospitality in your voice and that would’ve gone a long way.

The staff was so friendly! They would always go out of their way to help. This is a nice boutique style hotel right on the water! I am definitely coming back!

Super fun stay! They even had beach stuff to borrow while we were there! Everything you need within walking distance.

Street parking is extremely difficult to navigate due to specific cleaning restrictions (Monday and Friday, 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM). The nearby public parking is quite expensive—nearly $60 for a five-hour window—and because it is billed in five-hour increments, it is not a practical solution for overnight stays. I highly recommend calling the hotel to secure a spot well before your arrival to avoid significant inconvenience.

Street parking near the hotel is limited. For hotel parking, it is expensive, $50 per night.

Your front desk clerk Gray made our stay beyond perfect. She is such a great asset to your property. She was kind and knowledgeable and so helpful. You are lucky to have someone like Gray working for you . Thank you for a wonderful yet all too short stay with you. We will definitely be back to this property or to the shoals !

I'd your looking for a hotel with room.service this isn't it. But its cozy and right next to everything! We got convienece and views! I will be going again

We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice layout. The hotel offered easy access to the beach, making it convenient to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This place was a perfect location. It wasn’t crowded. Walking distance to the many wonderful restaurants. The hotel offered all the beach supplies you could think of. Sun block, sun glasses, flip flops, towels, chairs, etc. We were so thankful for that. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Our room was small and in the back, but with an ocean front hotel, who spends time in the room? It was perfect for us, and we will go back!

The staff was great. The room was small, floor was not moped that good. And they were working on the air conditioning after that everything was damp nothing dried. Even the our clothes were damp in the suitcase.
