La verdad me tocó una habitación que no era la que había reservado,pedí con vista al mar y me dieron otra,luego al llegar nos cobraron el parking por noche,algo que desconocía y para colmo ,al entrar a bañarme,una señora cucaracha caminando por la cortina del baño,la verdad fue una experiencia bien exclusiva and excepcional,saludos.

I loved my stay here. Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. The one thing I did not like was that the fire pit was never lit so I was unable to enjoy it.

We had a great stay. Hotel is in a location close to so many things to do and right on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything from restaurant suggestions, to researching availability for an extra night and even just scrounging up quarters to use the laundry. They had bike and board rentals onsite which we didn’t use this time but definitely will in a future visit.

If you want to stay right in the beach this is your spot. Super Convenient and the hotel has beach chairs and boogie boards you can rent to make the day even better!

We didn't get an oceanfront room, it was facing the street but you could see the ocean, just a feet from the boardwalk! The area is super walkable, with many dining destinations, and a grocery store a few blocks away to try to keep some meal cost down.

The location is perfect, parking is easy and the atmosphere is fun.

Love the location, convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. My only complaint this trip was every time we tried to sit on the balcony the smell of pot was overwhelming...not the hotels' fault, just other guests using their balcony.

I have some issues with the hotel that I wasn’t expecting. The building we were in only had elevator access to the 3rd floor thru the parking garage. Our truck didn’t meet the 6’ clearance so we parked in the lot. In order to bring our luggage to our room we had to load up the cart, roll it down the driveway into the parking garage (which was steep). The luggage was falling over and off the cart. We had to stop and load up the cart again with the fallen luggage. Needless to say that was a stressful experience. Then we get to our room and start to roll the cart in when we’re abruptly stopped because the door doesn’t open all the way. There’s a wall behind the door which prevents it from fully opening. We had to prop the door open with the cart and unload the luggage in the doorway. The other issue I have is the toilet seat sounds like it was going to bust off the wall when you sat on it and we’re not large people. There is no counter space in the bathroom. Don’t plan on putting anything by the sink. This could be because of the room we selected. The floor in the room is a little uneven causing my equilibrium to be off. It took a couple days for it to be less intense. For the amount of money we paid I was expecting more.

No better place to be than a nice room on the beach!

Amazing staff, went out of their way to make recommendations for nearby stores to procure essentials and helped with our bags up the stairs to the main floor in our tower. The pillows were so good that my friend and I were looking them up online to buy our own for home. Patio was nice to have, can’t beat an ocean view! Highly recommend and will book here again.

This was a home away from home. We love to be in the pool area and looking out at the ocean. My kids had fun going into the ocean and then coming back and playing in the pool. We’d love to renting bikes and riding down to Belmont Park.This is our second stay in San Diego. We enjoyed this stay much better. Love how quiet it was in the rooms. You couldn’t hear any other people. It definitely stay here again.
