Do NOT reccomend. Thankfully the staff was kind and apologetic. The Lobby is misleading because it’s nice and modern although the bar is closed. The parking garage felt safe but smelled so strong of urine. The room was supposed to be available for checking at 4 although upon arrival at 7pm we were told the system was down and we were not able to check in so we got stuck sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Once we got into our room the only nice things were the tv and the view. Bedding and carpets were stained and dingy. The bathroom door didn’t even close it was a “rolling door” which would be fine if you could actually roll it without feeling like it was stuck or going to pop off the rollers. The ceiling had visible mold on the roof. They only provided 2 towels with a sign asking to reuse towels although we had a room booked for 4 people. The air conditioner was disgusting and super loud. Just all around was NOT a nice stay.

The room had stains everywhere the bathroom was stocked for only one person with towels then I tried call front desk no one answered after I called like 10 times at different time frames and then fire alarm at 1045 am when I wanted to sleep in just one of my worse stays at any hotels and I travel a lot and visit low end hotel to high end resort no comparing but this would be at the bottom of the list so far

Hotel is in a convenient location however the carpets are filthy, the shower backed up into the tub, and bed linen was not clean, very dirty grout between tiles, bare bones room and overall not very clean

Only one elevator was working, had to wait 15-20min to and from room on 10th floor. The room was ok but the one mirror was in bathroom and was high, could only see myself from shoulders and up.

This is a fine hotel if you only need the basic necessities. We stayed here for a week and the central location and proximity to the civic center and main public transit lines were definitely the best part. For a four star hotel though, it was definitely lacking in amenities. Our two double beds room came with no fridge, microwave, or desk/table. When we requested a mini fridge we were informed that it would be an additional $20 per night (on top of the already required amenity fee). The bathroom had a difficult to open sliding door that was at least two inches away from the wall, so any smell/sound went straight into the main room. The heater/AC was also very loud and the walls were paper thin (you could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and rooms next door). The room itself was clean enough, although the carpets were dingy and the beds were low to the ground.

Balcony was amazing, convenience of the location was good. Hidden fee’s. No fridge, no microwave. Sliding door wasn’t able to lock.

Floor was supper dirty . It is not 4 star hotel. We paid way too much for the room.

I really like the location of the hotel as well as the layout and the parking accessibility. The staff was helpful as well. The only problem was that they never answered the phone once I tried calling the front desk. I do understand that most likely they were busy, but it was in the span of two days and it was a slightly inconvenient. Other than that. It was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

The listing made it look like the room had a separate living area and sleeping area, almost like a true studio layout with distinct spaces and studio-style amenities. In reality, that is not what we got at all. The room was much more basic, did not have the layout shown in the photos, and lacked the studio feel and amenities that were clearly implied online. The “terrace” was also misleading. The photos made it look like a nice outdoor extension of the room, but in person it was just a plain concrete patio facing a parking structure/mechanical equipment, with none of the inviting look shown in the listing. To make matters worse, the room was not clean. There was hair left in the shower from a previous guest, and hair was also found around the room. That is completely unacceptable and made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before check-in. Overall, the room felt much older, more worn, and much less maintained than advertised. Between the misleading photos, the inaccurate room layout, the disappointing terrace, and the poor cleanliness, this stay was not worth the price. For $459 for two nights, I expected a room that at least resembled the listing and was properly cleaned. I would not have booked this hotel at that price had the listing ac

Should inform people that the desposit is $150 PER NIGHT, so if you’re not prepared to pay that price it’s extremely inconvenient, really messed up my budgeting for the entire weekend since I stayed for 3 nights. The bar was inoperable and the elevators could be updated. Staff was nice and rooms were clean I would stay for the convenience of the location again but be more prepared now knowing pricing

A very convenient location with new refreshed amenities. The staff are friendly, and in the parking space a little bit tight, but everything else is good.

This hotel was getting ripped to shreds online as I was reading the reviews coming up on my stay and now I know why. First of all, I called the front desk multiple times before my stay just to get clarifying information about their incidentals fees and the resort fee and they kept hanging up on me!!! I didn’t need to speak to the financial department just for them to confirm how I’d be charged at the front desk when I got there. I was stressed before even getting to the hotel. The only reason I didn’t cancel this reservation was because it was getting too close to my stay. Then when I got here, the lobby looks great but is half dark because their “bar” and “restaurant” are not open. Only one elevator works. I put in multiple requests with the front desk for extra hand towels and to fix the TV… no one came. Then I paid extra for late check out at three and their cleaning manager bangs on my door at 8am asking when I’m checking out…. I was upset to say the least. The hotel is not horrible but it is not up to the Wyndham standards. This location needs to be de franchised because it really does give the corporation a bad look.

Front desk never answers the phone. Air conditioner was unplugged when we entered the room. The room was dirty with hair and dust and the air smelt. Shower curtain also had a wet moldy smell to it.
