The front desk staff are always pleasant. They remember repeat guests. The place seems forgotten after the remodel in 2019 it doesn't look updated or kept up well. . The used to offer a robe and slippers with the upgraded rooms and that was a nice perk. That is no longer a thing. Also the towels are not the best quality. They used to be soft and absorbent. Now they are cheap and scratchy. The elevator has been broken for years. Also we were given a room upon check-in that the a c was busted. Had to switch rooms but lthe front desk was accommodating and it was handled with ease.

Staff was friendly and nice. Had hair on the beds that was not ours. And one of the tubs was not cleaned.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR THE TRIP PURPOSE..THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY & UNDERSTANDING..THE ELEVATORS BROKE & WERE FIXED QUICKLY..NOW JUST GET A MICROWAVE IN ALL ROOMS & THiS HOTEL WILL BE PERFECT!

Location Minimal furnishings. Bed too low. Night stands small. No lamps. No dresser. No frig. No microwave. Lack of communication of 150 night incidentals however there was nothing in the room that constitutes incidentals. I did not have a car.

In room other than sleeping skip it.

The room was adequate. It did not have a desk. It had no place to put your items with the exception of a couple of shelves in the closet and I discovered that later. The location is good once you get outside your rated market Street so you can go to restaurants and store. I would stay there again.

The rooms are extremely minimalist—there are no drawers at all, just a very small closet, which makes it difficult to unpack and organize your things. The carpets did not feel very clean and could definitely use a deep cleaning. The A/C works, but it’s not very efficient and takes a long time to cool the room. Another downside was the check-in process, which was incredibly slow. The location is definitely the best part of this hotel. With better cleanliness, a more efficient A/C, and a faster check-in process, the overall experience could be much better.

Location Dirty. Couldn’t check in until after 4pm even though 3pm is the check in time advertised. Elevator lights don’t light up.multiple elevators are broken. The walls are busted open like it’s under construction. The carpet is filthy. Stains on bedding. Stains on shower curtain. Air conditioning only worked half the time. Shower was clogged. I could go on. It was bad

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Convenient location.

The room was basic, only a low bed that was hard as a slab of bricks and that’s about it. One towel for two people, no amenities at all. The vending machine charged me $8 for a 1 oz tube of toothpaste. There was no breakfast. They had a cafe with one table in a room the side of a coat closet. It’s a rip off

Convenient location but terrible neighborhood in general. The security team helped one feel safe. Only 1 or 2 of the 4 elevators seemed to ever work. The other 2 were out of order the entire time I was there. Also the neighborhood is VERY sketchy. Human feces on the sidewalks from all the homeless

The staff were welcoming during my stay. The room was clean and everything was functioning. Definitely planning my next stay here in a few months.

Terrific location and decent accommodations. I don’t care about a fancy hotel as much as I do about a central and/or convenient location. - BEI definitely isn’t fancy, but it’s fine and the location is fantastic.

Property was very clean, the room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel by far the most depressing stay i have experienced lol look if you care about how your room looks and how its furnished then this hotel is not for you. Dont let the pictures on the site deceive you because it sure fooled me. A bed with no box spring. Where the tv is mounted you have all exposed wires hanging all over. You would think they would hide them with like with a console table or drawers but nope. Carpet had stains all over. Honestly the room is poorly done put together. Picture the least amount of thought and effort into the room and then some. Overall the place was a 2/10 I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. First and last time for me at least
