It was nice experience

Wonderful and very friendly staff. Try to accommodates all your needs. Rooms are clean and decorated with different themes. I recommend this hotel.

Rooms are good. 15 mins walk to Tram station. Homeless people were little more in that location which is a negative. Breakfast is more of cold pastries, some fruits and coffee. No toaster, juice anything to be call it as proper breakfast

Stayed for a couple of nights, the air conditioner in the room did not work, the fan in the restroom did not work either. The hotel claimed they were sold out and were not able to accommodate us in different room. They provided a couple of fans. I contacted Expedia to report the lack of satisfaction. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel told them they would try to move us to a different room the next day. Even though people checked in and out of the rooms, the hotel did nothing for us. Very disappointed in the facility, and in Expedia for their lack of following up. Will NEVER STAY at this property again, and do not recommend anyone.

Clean room, the area wasn't bad, and there was parking at the hotel, but the walls are very thin so you hear everything all night from the neighbors next door, the ones above you, anyone walking down the hall, and from all the people and traffic outside the window. Breakfast was also included, but very limited.

It was a good experience with breakfast every morning

Very good

The room was clean and everything about the hotel was good but the receptionist name Angelica had a lot of attitude and was not very helpful either, she also was on the phone with AirPod on most of the time, amenities are not offered at the hotel, you have to go to the hotel across street to enjoy the amenities. 5/10 personally

Clean room enjoyed my stay

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we always had a great stay. This time, I noticed that there were bags of trash and dirty linens in piles outside of my front door the entire night. They were not ours. No one came to clean it or go wash the dirty laundry and it was just left in the halls until the next day. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The staff is nice and the hotel is close to everything, but leaving trash and dirty laundry in the halls is unhygienic.

Old systems and extremely slow check in. They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting. Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it. They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in the rooms.

Hot tub was out of order

Super easy check in, safe parking, clean

Great place to vibe before the night and has parking 😁

If you’re super knit picky, I’m sure you could find problems with this place. It served me well for the one night I was in town. Super quick walk to the Orpheum Theatre and thankfully had parking available inside the garage.

Was crazy expensive to pay for parking, but at least my car was safe.
