Hotel Fiona

Overall, hotel was good only critiques would be the noise levels and the elevator. Could hear the street and all the cars going by and the elevator was pretty old and shaky. Other than that the staff was great and the room was great as well.

I like the Fiona, I like the decor and always enjoy my stay. This last time I didn’t see any continental breakfast, so I was sad.

Very nice and helpful front end staff. You can call the office and speak with a human (a polite, helpful one). Parking was great. Great location.

It is a value-priced hotel near the Folsom area. Every staff person I came in contact with was helpful and welcoming. The hotel seems to have had a recent rehab because everything appeared relatively new. Their sister hotel SoMa House across the street has a tasty restaurant and there is a pool as well.

Convenient on-site parking. Very nice staff, especially 'Edward'. Room very clean, well appointed with mini fridge, coffee maker, etc.

I booked this room for my daughter for her birthday. She and her friends stayed, but did not go out much because they didn't feel very safe in the area. She told me that she was surprised that the price was what it was for the quality of the hotel.

Nothing, They charge $30 a night for parking, the room had a bad smell, there was no small fridge, I asked for it. The coffee machine was broken & after 30 minutes try, I called the front desk to inform, after another 30 minutes, 2 guys coming & going, finally I got a cup of American coffee There were unhoused people across the small street, music was going on till 1 or 2 a.m. Over all very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is definitely not as advertised. I am honestly convinced all the positive reviews are fake. The lobby is quite dirty. My entire floor smelled badly of smoke and there was hair all over the floor. I talked to the man at the reception desk and he said he didnt work there and was actually a valet from across the street covering shifts and couldt help. He was very kind and helpful to his ability but this wasnt event his job, so I didnt want to make a big deal. I cut my stay a day short which is the first time I have ever done that. I really hate giving a poor review I just dont want others to have the same experience as myself.

The staff was amazing above and beyond. And the Wi-Fi I brought my PlayStation 5, and it was exceptional, I could not believe running a streaming game and I did not have any problems. It was like I was at home. Wired, in.
