City Center Inn & Suites

Not much My husband and I have been staying with your hotel for 5 years now and this trip was the worst year. Reception staff tried to make me take a double full room instead of the king suite I booked months in advance. They stated that the hotel was highly overbooked. When I continued to refuse, suddenly they were able to "release" the room I reserved. The rooms were large and clean but lacked streaming service capabilities and pay per view movies on demand as advertised. The cable service for local channels was also very spotty, with service interruptions daily. The restaurant food quality for breakfast was terrible compared to recent years. The restaurant dinner menu was significantly slashed from previous years and the entreas that were available were not great. Also, a beer advertised on the menu was unavailable for the entire trip...The only highlight of the trip was seeing Vicky on the restaurant staff again, she's an absolute gem.

The hotel is close to the metro and tram lines. The building was almost new. There is no elevator so moving the luggage to the third floor was quite uncomfortable. Also the breakfast is minimal

One downside is that your key does not get you into the lobby; you have to be buzzed in no matter what the hour day or night. The free breakfast is overstating it; there was coffee and some danish. The room was clean.

Nearly all amenities were supplied. Daily housekeeping. A waste of money changing towels daily.

Nothing Bad smell

We got a room that smell like cigarette extremely heavy! Our clothes in our language got to smell like it as well. We arrived pretty late and didn’t want to go back and get another room.

Breakfast was just snak's. Serve a better breakfast, more selections.

We asked for the hair conditioner to be refilled and it never was. The floor was dirty so that when I stepped into to take a shower my feet were filthy. We came back one evening to find a random dirty pillowcase on the floor. Beds were lumpy. Because we were in town for a conference pricing was inflated to $500/night. This is a facility is very dated and reminiscent of a motor lodge of the 50’s. About the only positive was a daily hot shower in the run down bathroom.
