Signature San Francisco

Well, it's no the greatest and not the worst place i have ever stayed. For the price comparativley to other options in SFC, you are getting what you paid for. But bed was comfy, and bathroom was really nicely remodeled and updated. Just some cleanlyness issues, and most likely just understaffed on cleaning team and wasn't able to get the room clean as possible. But would stay there in a pinch of had to. But will try and go somewhere else on the next trip to SFC.

It was a great location. A lot of restaurants around and shopping areas. We are very happy with the decision to stay there.

Great experience overall! Very clean rooms and property, staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking in the parking garage was so convenient and easy! Would highly recommend this location! The only 2 downsides are that our room was right next to the elevator shaft and it made a scraping noise on our wall each time it was used, and the card reader on the vending machine by the elevator did not seem to work so we were unable to use the machine. Other than that, amazing hotel overall!

The rooms were not ready even when we reached 2 hours after our check in time and had to wait for them to be ready.

The room was very clean. The staff made me feel welcome and made sure I had coffee in the morning in my room.

i think there was some sort of construction going on while we were there but for the piece the hotel is ok. it’s clean. the rooms are tiny, and the layout won’t allow the bathroom door to open fully. it’s an interesting place.

The room was not clean. The lamps has dusts all over it. The blanket had big white stain on it and it was placed under layer part. We saw it before going to bed. When told the worker next morning he said i should have told them when we first checked in.

Staff and check in in was ordinary. But the hotel itself is falling apart. The rooms were so filthy they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The towels were paper thin, the shower took 10+ minutes to get hot. The phone was messed up and we would get front desk calls people asking for rooms and towels. You can literally hear someone coughing or whispering outside your bedroom door. All around just save your money this is in a bad neighborhood too. Expedia said it was 4 stars that was a lie!

Great location. Breakfast was great! Conveniently, located to a lot of attractions in the city, thirty dollar parking lots of plus rooms were small, but the beds were super comfortable rooms were clean, total gem in san francisco

I loved the immaculate room and facilities. The building is in perfect condition and is ideally located. The staff is friendly and they project warm hospitality. I felt immediately welcomed. The elevator worked perfectly and was spacious.

We had a 2-room family suite. It was a lot smaller than it appeared in pictures, and an awkward layout. But the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is VERY limited parking, and we ended up having to walk 2 blocks to a parking garage. The part of town it is in can be rough at times, we made extra effort to be back in the room before dark.

The parking was terrible. There were 9 cars parked in a garage meant for 4-5 cars. Another guest helped us to get our car out after one of the hotel workers moved another car out of our way.

The staff are very friendly and hospitable.
