Could never connect to the wifi

The room was very tiny. Free breakfast was adequate.

I’ve stayed here several times. Despite the sketchy neighborhood, the hotel is secure, quiet and conveniently located in SF. Nothing

Hotel felt very secure, you could not open the door to the lobby without your room key or security opening the door from inside. Again, room keys were required to operate the lifts. The location, not a fault of the hotel, felt very unsafe so this brought peace of mind to us during our stay in San Fran. Oat milk in the breakfast room was a welcome surprise. Rooms was small which I expected but the space was well utilised Breakfast room could do with some fresh fruit and savoury options.

Staff,, quick breakfast, and clean place Super small rooms. For one person only.

Check in was awful.

The staff seemed very nice and accommodating, but they seemed very overwhelmed - you need more people managing check-ins for sure. The power in my room went out and she was able to move me to a room where it worked (well, most of it worked anyway). The photos are deceiving - the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. If I could have moved to a different hotel, I would have. The only place to sit was the bed. My first room was having electrical issues, so I had to move. The second room was better but still a couple of the USB ports didn't work. And did I mention how incredibly small the room was?! Some decaf coffee would have been nice to have access to. Use EXTREME caution in the shower... mine was so slippery I had to use a towel as a shower mat.

I really liked it, I thought it was clean comfortable and great location, perfect for what I wanted. I stayed for 5 nights and I'd stay here again.

Near the BART stop so didn’t have to spend much time in the area. Comfortable bed, big bathroom. The UN/Civic area has a lot of homelessness and isn’t somewhere to go at night. One of the towels provided was dirty. The TV couldn’t access Netflix or other apps and navigating channels was difficult. The woman who was in the front desk when we came back to collect our luggage was rude and appeared to be more interested in her phone and the person she was on the phone to than helping us. She almost gave us the wrong bags. All other staff were nice and friendly!

Not a fan of this hotel. Wouldnt recommend.

One of the cleaner properties I have stayed at. However, there are a ton of things that could use some attention. The 75$/a day incidentals rate is ridiculous. The shower was extremely slippery. The doorknob to the shower kept falling off in both rooms I reserved. TV is ancient and doesn’t allow for a screen mirror connection. Water pressure is very low. No ice buckets at the minimum or even a mini fridge. And staff was a bit rude when asked about the daily incidental rate. Definitely not something I expected of a 4-star hotel. The only reason I gave it 3 was due to the cleanliness. I will give Housekeeping 5 stars for that. Breakfast was also very underwhelming. It’s location is the only prime reason I decided on this spot. Still unsure if I will return to book here again.

It was all clean and the staff was very nice
-
It was a two hour check in process because their computer went down . Nothing to eat for breakfast for vegans without a ton of processed high fructose corn syrup , the coffee machine was broken . Tiny room and hidden fees!
-
Location and multiple options to get to the property. It’s in an excellent location

Room was clean. Roughly 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. It was very very small. There was no door on the toilet, no privacy. No where to unpack for the few nights we were there and no where to put our cases so felt very claustrophobic.
