It was cozy. They were polite. I loved the rooftop room.

What a cute spot! Very classic SF. Lovely breakfast. Comfy bed! Email/call responses were very slow, but everything worked out fine.

Delicious breakfast

Check-in was easy. The home and its garden beds are lovingly maintained, and the location can’t be beat. The breakfasts were wonderful, and our hosts were friendly and gracious. The key to the room was not in the room door when we arrived, but we did receive it later. The mattress was too soft to be comfortable all night if you are used to a firm mattress. Also, it looked like repairs to the windows and ceiling were in process, with shutters being taped shut. And the wine glasses were a nice touch, but the dishwasher did not get them entirely clean.

The breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. The living room was very inviting. Reading lamps near the wonderfully comfortable chairs in the living room and a small table there for tea.

Beautiful rose garden, quiet location, and wonderful building. Lovely decorations for the holidays and great collection of teacups. Easy access to the building. The dogs. The old tired linens washed with scented detergent. Bed linens were poly/cotton. Some nails are poking out of the carpets. Pillows were FLAT. Breakfast was at 8AM - too early for these old people. Felt pushed out of the house because the "street sweeper" was arriving around 9 AM.

Such a perfect little spot in a great location. Excellent communication and accommodating for an early check in. So walkable and lovely neighborhood, was able to do the batteries to bridge hike from there, which was fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic!!

Spectacular house! Wery kindly owners!

Some people may prefer elsewhere, as the bathroom is shared, one cannot lock their room door when they are out and about, and parking is limited on the residential street. However, we felt safe and secure, nonetheless, and did not have any issues with the shard bathroom.

My Rosegarden is a lovely, cozy home away from home, located on a quiet street in beautiful Richmond, San Francisco. Breakfast is beautifully presented on fine china (and delicious) each morning. The home is tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the owners are warm and friendly.

The neighborhoud was very nice and quite, in walking distance to the Ocean. Restaurants and bus stops are all near by. We had the room under the roof, the hight was a bit of a challenge

Everything! Very cozy, felt like a home, decor was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and Kathleen made everything from scratch! Even went overboard and made be GF overnight oats and GF yummy egg bites. Parking is limited. The location is safe.

Breakfast and sharing experience with other guests. Old furnitures, totally overpriced stay, not good service when arrived and departed. Parking situation challenging.

Great location and adorable decoration I was hoping for shampoo and conditioner but, most people probably bring their own.

Great location easy to get nto . Comfortable sleeping Breakfast could have been a tad better. Toast or English muffins... butter jam ? Soft music in main room . Also fire place didn't work in room .
