Great location near lots of attractions. Cute setting and light MCM design. In & Out parking option is convenient although parking is limited.

Loved Laurel Inn

Happy Hour at the adjoining bar was a little confusing. Usually Happy Hours are promoted as the kind of benefit that draws us with reduced price or free drinks from the well, at least. This Happy Hour was business as usual, with my $15 glass of house white wine. Upon closer reading of the promotional posters, Happy Hour at the hotel bar promised nothing to get really happy about.

Comfy beds! They were kind when I wanted to change our room, which was near elevator! We ended up on the 3rd floor, in a lovely corner. Property is in great location! We enjoyed our stay. Don’t be put off by the elevator!!!

Have stayed at Laurel Inn for over 20 years every time visiting SF. Obviously love it. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and parking is on site. They have updated the bathrooms, carpet and paint. Sadly they no longer offer free pastries for morning so you need to walk or drive a few blocks for meals or pay $4.50 for a muffin at the Inn. Great and safe area.

I return several times a year to the Laurel Inn. It's safe, clean and comfortable and I love being in this part of the city.

-
hotel was tired, although staff was kind.
-
The only "bad" thing was the light at my desk did not work and wouldn't charge my phone either. there wasn't a lightbulb in the light fixture. and a strong chemical smell on the first floor landing of the stairwell? it was odd??? Otherwise it was awesome!
