location is great, room is clean, and the staffs are helpful.

There were leftover dirty clothes in the drawers, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The employees were kind and helpful.

Location was very accessible. Noise was constant. Plumbing of the actual building was shockingly loud and neighbors were having the time of their life into the following morning hours. Bathroom had actual trash on the floor. Beds were low quality with pathetic pillows. Very disappointed as Booking reviews haven’t steered me wrong in the past, but this was an exception.

From a hospitality and design perspective, I would recommend modernizing the lighting with warmer, layered ambient lighting (particularly in the guest rooms and bathrooms), replacing the mattresses and pillows with higher-quality options, and refreshing the bathrooms—especially the shower inserts and vanity countertops. These relatively straightforward improvements would create a more elevated guest experience and, in my opinion, allow the property to command a higher price point while remaining competitive in the neighborhood. Even at a very modest price increase these renovations could likely pay for themselves in 18-24 months. However, as is, the location is outstanding and the property suited our needs for our trip.

The beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent. Great to have parking at a small fee per night. Staff were good especially manager and communication with the inn was very good and helpful. Shower was excellent. Great ice maker and TV to watch the World Cup. Bathroom was a little outdated but fine. Even though we asked for a quiet room there was a big of noise from other guests coming and going. Not sure if there are ‘quiet hours’ at the inn

Nothing extravagant, stayed because it was close to an event I was attending. Super convenient because there is parking! The staff were friendly. The room was simple, but clean.

Great location when visiting that side of beautiful S.F. !! Marina district is awesome greens,palace of fine arts , presidio, Golden Gate Bridge and more wharf not to far !! And there is a little JOE’S right around the corner !! Always good !! Other shops and food and bars !!

The room had no remote to the A/C, the Television was not working. And the view was terrible. The Television had to be reprogrammed.

This is a great affordable Inn within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants and only 20 minutes to SFSU!

The room I stayed in felt claustrophobic and dingy. Would not stay there again.

Staff was very nice..asked for a quiet room as many rooms face a busy street. Desk gentleman was super and assigned us a very quiet room in the rear….parking was easy. Room was very clean, especially like the stall shower. Beds are new and excellent…. The Tv system is poor. Had to have employee come up just to explain how to turn on. TV Isn’t on Wi-Fi, so don’t expect to watch much…
