Nice place and nice staff.

It’s a nice little hotel perfect distance to everything and you’re right next to the palace of fine arts and the Golden Gate Bridge. As for the room it was spacious and had a mini fridge. The shower took a while to let out hot water and the knob was interesting to use. I couldn’t stay all three nights and the manager/owner didn’t let me get my refund back which sucked but other than that it was good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed comfy. Bedroom had minimal natural.light as was located on ground floor with windows opening into stairwell and adjacent to carpark. Not very nice location and was noisy with people on stairs. Inside room was a little run down and looked tired.

Perfect stay. Very clean room and comfy bed, and the value for the location can’t be beat. Also, the parking spot is a huge plus. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, and they even worked with us to get an early check in

I was surprised at how convenient and clean this hotel is! I love that it has an outdoor seating area and enclosed parking area even though it's limited space. I slept well, thanks to being on the 3rd floor. Be aware that there are no elevators so schlepping suite cases or luggage's can be challenging to some. But I would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Perfect location! We parked and walked from the hotel. Very small parking lot. The floors in the room felt dirty. The room could use an update.

I will say it was a fantastic area to stay in and I'd definitely try to stay nearby again someday.

I would give this place ZERO stars. The motel was informed we would do a late check in as well as late check out. (When we booked it) We arrived around 3:45am/4amz Check in took 20 minutes; requested late check out again at the desk & followed that up with an online message just to reassure no one disturbed us in the AM. There was no parking in the lot & the street parking had street sweeping from 6am-8am. The employee told me where to park the car and I parked it exactly as I was instructed beside the front desk. cars were parked in non parking places so l assumed it's just what they did with their lot. The room is NOT like the reviews say...so I'm assuming most of them are fake & paid for. It's a run down motel! ROOM -Floor boards have water damage with broken off pieces -bedding not as advertised. cheap sheets that don't fit w/ stains/holes. -side bed lamp doesn’t work. -walls are paper thin. BATHROOM -mold on walls, looks filthy, floor is torn -BUGS flying around in the bathroom. (Almost left the second we saw the bugs)- -hair on the floor (vacuums or brooms can easily fix this issue) -toilet paper roll left on the thing empty. At 9:50am we are awoken by pounding on our door. Assumed it was a mistake and tried to sleep more...and again 9:55am more pounding. I opened the door they need the car moved. (It wasn't blocking anyone in...and it was parked exactly where I was instructed to park it by the employee. Too much to fit in 1500 words characters

What a gem of a place. Parking. Updated rooms, the rooftop seating area. Any restaurant you could ask for within a 1 block radius. The staff was nice. Everything was clean. I will definitely stay there again.

My bathroom ceiling had a leak in it, and it was actively dripping during my visit.

I was having difficulty to use the shower, and TV will turn it on and off itself three times.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I also liked the free parking. I enjoyed my stay.
