Would stay here again!!

A nice location, price satisfactory, room neat and clean, not fancy but homey. Would certainly stay here again.

Property has its own limited parking. Property manager tried to do his best to accommodate all cars however at times spaces were very tight and we did have to park off property one night.

Great location right on Lombard Street in the Marina and very close walk to Chestnut Street, and all the bars and restaurants

Parking is limited and it's first come, first serve. But we found a handicapped parking space, which I am, and right in front of our room. Perfect! The room itself was perfectly clean, no issues whatsoever. I had requested a bottom floor room because I'm handicapped and they have no elevators to reach the upper floors. He had one waiting for me, excellent room, no issues whatsoever. As far as the surrounding area, upper middle class neighborhood, plenty of shops to visit and great food eateries throughout. No issues as you would find in other areas of the city.

Nice place and nice staff.

It’s a nice little hotel perfect distance to everything and you’re right next to the palace of fine arts and the Golden Gate Bridge. As for the room it was spacious and had a mini fridge. The shower took a while to let out hot water and the knob was interesting to use. I couldn’t stay all three nights and the manager/owner didn’t let me get my refund back which sucked but other than that it was good.

Perfect stay. Very clean room and comfy bed, and the value for the location can’t be beat. Also, the parking spot is a huge plus. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, and they even worked with us to get an early check in

I was surprised at how convenient and clean this hotel is! I love that it has an outdoor seating area and enclosed parking area even though it's limited space. I slept well, thanks to being on the 3rd floor. Be aware that there are no elevators so schlepping suite cases or luggage's can be challenging to some. But I would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Perfect location! We parked and walked from the hotel. Very small parking lot. The floors in the room felt dirty. The room could use an update.

I will say it was a fantastic area to stay in and I'd definitely try to stay nearby again someday.
