This is a cheap hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39. It was totally fine for the price, but it is definitely rundown and not the greatest place I’ve ever stayed, but I wasn’t expecting it to be for the price I paid for it. I found the staff to be very helpful.

This motel is in a great location in the Marina District. Within 5 blocks there are man y restaurants, coffee dhops, Walgreens and bansk. You can walk tot hte Presdio and the Marina Green from there. The front driveway also makes it easy for ride shares to drop. The room was no frills but it was very clean. It is a decent value in an expensive city. The door to the room was very tricky. Instead of getting new doors they hava sign explaining how to open the lock. it still took me 3 or 4 tries every time. My room had been remodelled but the bathroom haed not so the ceiling corner was warped and moldy. There was no towel rack and the towels were thin. The room was also poorly ventolated. There was one window with no screen that left you vulnerable if you opened it. Everything was well lit but I do not think I would pick it again as a single traveler. I did not bring anything valuable with me.

El personal nada de amable ! Cuarto sucio , nevera no enfriaba , la cama no tan mala, baño sucio . No había servicio en el TV. Me tuvieron que hacer un refund de la noche que no tuve servicio porque le escribí a Expedia porque por ellos me cancelaban la reserva .

Exceptional location in the marina district. Just a few blocks away there are restaurants, shops, everything. It's also near the bay and to the Presidio Park. The room was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. There was bathtub, reaaaaally nice. We didn't hear noise at all so we were able to rest well. It was a good price. The towels could be renovated.

The room wasn't clean upon arrival, and there was an issue with the heater, though it was eventually resolved.

Slept great at night. Room and Shower was clean. Wasn’t happy with the pillow choice. Good thing I brought my own. I didn’t get any room service the 3 nights I was there. Disappointed about that. Cleaning ladies were too loud on and off throughout the day.

Room smelled like fabuloso and there was mold everywhere. Staff was extremely nice though.

Free parking is a major plus. This is a very basic motel and everything worked. It is a bit old and everything just sort of feels that way. Staff is helpful.

Well, cow Hollow is a fantastic neighborhood in San Francisco and Lombard Street is a good hotel corridor. I would not pick this hotel off the bat. The ground room floors were extremely noisy and not well maintained. After checking in, we found cigarette butts in a ice bucket. The room was terribly dark, and all the lightbulbs were mismatched, hideous fluorescent versions. Some of the lightbulbs were broken. The floor and the sideboards were grimy. The extra blanket in the closet had large stains all over it. The room did not match the picture on the Internet at all. Additionally, we were interested in the free parking and they were doing improvement to some rotted out boards on the building with tall ladders. When we return to our car, there was a dent in the side of it we believe from a ladder. Good location but carelessly maintained.

Dirty, key card had to be re programmed every time we tried to get back into our room. Staff even had trouble getting in and our room was missing the bolt to get in with a key, if it locks out, a lock smith has to be called to open the door. Says car parks available but they are actually not guarantied it’s first in first served. Not enough car parks for everyone.

It was clean, kept up, conveniently located off a Main Street, microwave was a plus.

The most important note is to make sure you show up with either credit card or $100 in cash for the deposit. This feels both weird and sketchy, and it's the way they run things, so in addition to the lack of a deadbolt on the door this was perhaps my least favorite feature of my stay.
