We just stayed one night, the room was clean and so comfortable! The parking was easy and safe. We would stay here again.

The price, for being in a bustling but relatively safe location with on-site parking, was great. However, being situated right off of Lombard Street, there was a lot of loud traffic noise right outside the hotel and the windows didn’t do anything to dull it — roaring engines, honking, yelling (it was the 4h of July so that amplified things) — so don’t expect a quiet sleep. Also, when we went to leave in the morning, someone was parked outside of a designated parking stall — presumably because all stalls were occupied — behind and perpendicular to our car. We spent 10 minutes seeing if we could back out before it was apparent we weren’t going to make it (think Austin Powers trying to turn the cart around in the tunnel, back and forth), so I reparked and went up to the front desk. Thankfully, they had the keys to the vehicle and were able to move it, but were weren’t aware of the situation until we went to leave. It was a minor inconvenience that was easily rectified. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean. If it wasn’t for the road noise, it would have been a home run.

The room was fine, we heard no noise at night from outside. Perfect location for restaurants/ bars and felt like a safe area. Staff were good to offer fresh towels etc every day. No microwave. No fan in the bathroom and the toilet blocked a few times. Having no reception area or place to sit with tea/coffee was strange but that’s the style of the property, I just didn’t expect that.

The location was very convenient and historical. The only thing is we heard screaming all night long because it’s off of a Main Street. Actually at about three in the morning some person ran by and said I’m screaming and they were.

Apartment was huge with a separate kitchen and living area. On-site staff were super friendly and helpful. Perhaps a little dated though that’s not even a criticism ! Navigating the car park and lifts wouldn’t be easy for wheelchair users.

The short stay was nice at the property, clean and well-maintained. However, the ice machine on the floor was not working, and had to go to another floor to get ice. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Will come back .

The bath is lit and modern. The parking as part of the price is an exceptional treat in comparison to most city hotels. The fact there's no real lobby and entering by foot through a garage is less pleasant.

One of the staffs was very helpful and apologized several for the inconvenience we’re experiencing. On the other hand, the location is good but a bit too loud. I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again next time in SF area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff greeted us with friendly, smiling faces. They promptly responded to our need for additional towels and quickly retrieved an item I had forgotten. There was ample free parking. Breakfast is available nearby, with coffee and bagel shops just around the corner. The location is great, away from the crowds but near the attractions.

I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay at your hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable plus there were so many restaurants, stores, and coffee shops and cafes within 2 minutes walking distance. Great parking too!

Had a great stay! Convenient location for us and good food options within a couple of blocks. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us park in the garage early on the check-in day and remain until early afternoon on check-out day. The only slight negative was the traffic noise in our room overlooking Lombard St.

Our check in at Cow Hollow Inn was good. We were looking to upgrade our room to a suite to surprise my husband because it was my anniversary but the pricing was too high and the desk attendant stated that there was absolutely no discounts. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Great location, can walk to the marina. Reasonably priced. Clean, well maintained. Free parking. Overall, I would say that I’ll definitely be back.

No breakfast Bathroom was filthy. Upon arrival feces debris were in the toilet. The shower curtain hadn't been cleaned in months. Pink accrues at the bottom when it hasn't been cleaned in many months and it was really pink. I cleaned as much as I could but it should have been clean. Dirty everywhere. I showed the front staff the pix I took of the bathroom explaining I cleaned what I could. That place needs a cleanup and remodel.

Great location, very cute and comfortable

Good location and good price. Nice front staff. Ceiling had yellow spots and sink was placed at an awkward angle to use. No fan in bathroom.
