Easy in and out location. Great price and free car parking spot vs other hotels surcharge AC was a bit noisy, but helped to make white noise and drown out party noises from Lombard st

Everything was great about the hotel. Its located on a very busy street. The property needs to have sound proof windows as you can hear all of the cars and trucks go by

Room was nice, clean and spacious. The only negative comment I have is that my room was located on a busy street above a very noisy establishment outside so it was difficult to get to sleep. Other than that, my stay was great

Bit of a hiccup when we first arrived with our room, but next day it was sorted to our satisfaction Bizarre, the lift light to the 3 floor was not illuminating & wasn't three years ago!

Very clean hotel in a safe area of San Francisco, within easy reach of the main attractions. The secure underground parking was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel feels quite worn and dated, as it is located in an old building. The biggest issue was the noise from the street. I paid extra for a quiet room, but unfortunately the windows provided almost no sound insulation. Vehicles were passing by during the night, and it was so loud that it felt like they were driving right next to the bed.
