Walking distance to restaurants. Clean room. The bed was good. The weekend can get rowdy and even with the windows closed we could hear it all. Sleep with ear plugs

Absolutely quiet inside the hotel itself. Rooms are clean, spacious, has tv, workstation, chairs, windows with the access to open the window, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, decent AC. The area it’s located is very convenient, just less than miles away from the beach, pier 39, museums, japantown and palace of find arts. THIS PART ISNT THE HOTELS FAULT. The only complaint is that it is extremely loud outside the hotel (NOT the hotels fault) we heard an altercation outside, cars being reckless (same cars were going around the block burning rubber), clubs and bars open late night with people screaming, yelling, (should already expect this). ANDDD there was also no microwave sadly, i couldn’t make my noodle cups.

The smooth check in and check out. Also the availability of the parking was great. The outdated furniture and lighting.

Very clean, with all the facilities you needed. Also the late check in was a plus A bit of noise during the night, but manageable.

Easy to access a Lyft, Uber or the bus. Right on highway 101 so easy to get in and out of the city. Fairly nice neighborhood. How much money they held on my card just to book the room. Still waiting on that to come back on my card almost 2 weeks later.

secure parking room 105 had two stains on the carpet that looked like someone tried to cover by cleaning. The upholstered chair in the room was dirty and should be taken out. Some of the bath towels are paper thin and should be disposed of. The hotel did not meet the Columbus inn unit's standards! We have stayed in many of their units!

Convenient and has parking. So noisy. I’ve stayed numerous times and I always ask for a better room, but I’m denied even though in my past reviews the response was please just ask us for a quieter room.

It was cheap. Our room was overlooking a very loud street and it was hard to sleep. The room is shabby- stained tub and gross curtain.

The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. The room was also quite spacious. The hotel is in poor condition and needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom was not clean, and the room felt old, damp, and gloomy. There were charging points on only one side of the bed. The biggest issue was the lack of drinking water. The hotel did not provide drinking water, and when I asked the receptionist where I could refill my bottle, I was told to buy water from the market. The hotel did not even have bottled water available for purchase. There was a vending machine, but it was broken and did not work. There were also dirty, open dustbins near the lift and an unpleasant smell in the common areas.

Parking on site is a plus. If you can get a room on back side is best if bothered by traffic noise. Good location.
