SureStay by Best Western San Francisco Marina District

Overall, this hotel was below average. The bed frames were very loud and squeaked whenever we moved, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower also had cracked tiles, making the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the room didn't meet our expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and our cleaning lady Carmen took care of the room, while gone for the day, she cleaned it up without us asking for service. It was a 45-60 minute walk from hotel to pier 39, we had to stop to take a few breaks😥. Also there is a variety of places to visit from the hotel. We did alot of walking exploring san francisco 😀

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and Staff was friendly. Also, a great location. A lot of restaurants to choose from and I if you have kids there’s a park down the street. My family and I would stay here again.

Too noisy after midnight. Had a hard time sleeping

We booked the suite because it said it had a fireplace, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, there wasn't a microwave and the fireplace did not work. The front desk staff tried to help, but didn't know how to work it and after looking for a spare microwave, they couldn't find one. The bathroom door did not close properly and the shower door kept opening. These are little things management can improve to make it a five star hotel. Again, the staff and service was great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options are great!

The hotel was hard to find and had very limited parking. But the room was clean.

It is very close to all the best restaurants in the marina district. However, the property is old and very run down. It has been remodeled but many things are rusty or broken. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was great. The front desk staff was very hit and miss.

Great location

It was clean, quiet and a good location for where I needed to be. Good value especially when there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The breakfast was a pass.

Clean sheets and towels every day. Kitchen was not super clean. Breakfast did not have any eggs or meat.

The room smells like urine when we got in. The toilet flash is loose.
