SureStay by Best Western San Francisco Marina District

The rooms are ok, the parking is very limited, they do not have enough space for their guests but they recommend you to park on their side of the street or in the parking garage two blocks down, however they do validate parking for you, when you leave the garage, you have to pay for own parking. I will not be staying here again. All they had for breakfast was waffles, that's it!

Amazing value for money

The rooms were clean and the breakfast had decent variety. The only inconvenience was the parking lot. The hotel just had no more than 15 spaces available for guests so you have to look on the street for something available and you to park super far from the hotel

This hotel was conveniently located and had some nice food and shopping options close by. The hotel was fairly clean. There was a huge crack in our shower wall/liner. Onsite parking is limited and two of our four nights we had to find other parking spaces. Luckily we were able to find spots not too far away. The breakfast options were fine.

Good hotel to stay at really close walking distance from fisherman’s wharf. Could use more parking spaces but overall really good place to stay.

The toilet is clogged and the flush isn’t working the whole time we were there. When asked for assistance they said it’ll be fixed by the next day we checked out.

missing an elevator, hard to carry luggages up and down the strairs, not much choices for breakfast.

We booked this place because it advertised parking. However, when we arrived, there was none. We also ran out of the limited toilet paper in the bathroom. When we called for more, they promised to bring it right away, but didn’t until we called again to remind them. Then, they hung up on me rudely.

Just parking real tight for a full size car or suv .

Price was to high for the provided aminties.

The parking lot is small and can only accommodate a few cars.For breakfast, there isn't even any toast.

Good location, very limited parking on site, and a below average continental breakfast.

Very rude hosts and very misleading pictures and parking Wich is not included, when I asked for a refund they denied it even though they were at fault never stay here!!!!!!

Everything’s good

This place was horrible and absolutely no parking.

Overall, this hotel was below average. The bed frames were very loud and squeaked whenever we moved, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower also had cracked tiles, making the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the room didn't meet our expectations.
