SureStay by Best Western San Francisco Marina District

Superb

Room was okay. TV was broken but good value for the spot

We are staying here for the fourth time. The location and transport links are excellent. The room is clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. During our stay, the room was cleaned and coffee and paper cup were replenished every day for the first 3–4 days. After that, the coffee was no longer restocked, and only the bathroom trash was emptied; we had to empty the other bins ourselves.

The room was not ready for checking in with missing smoke detectors (the wires were exposed and hanging on the ceiling), broken lock. The room smells terrible, the floor made noise while you walked. The parking was never available even though they claim free parking available.

Good property and area to stay

Full of dust on the bathroom fan screen. Bed sheet were fine. Free coffee is passable at best. Staff were nice and easygoing. Include Free parking was nice in the city. Large room, large fridge.

Good place to stay

Very clean and comfortable Little choice for breakfast

Clean and nice room for the value. Had what I needed and nothing I didn’t. I recommend this place to others for a weekend getaway.

The room is spacious and clean

Friendly staff but everything else was extremely disappointing from cleanliness to comfort.

The front desk person was rude upon check in - not offering sufficient information - a bit ridiculous. The next day upon checkout the individual was nicer to speak with. The room was clean - not much on the amenities side. A good location nearish to marina. Overall, would pay more to stay somewhere else - no plans to return.

Everything about our stay was great. We were not in town long but this place was nice and convenient. Breakfast was great and had just enough for a quick bite

Overall it was good. Location was nice and central. We got parking which was helpful but there are not a lot of spots and its first come first serve so if you show up late to check in it might be full. The room was good for the price. The only thing was the shower door in our room would not stay closed. Its glass sliding doors and it didn't matter which one you slid to close they would both slide back. So that was super annoying. But overall not bad for the price. Its in a safe location, which was important to us. We did not try their breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Ok not gr8 experience.

room was clean

Funky smell in the room. No windows made the room feel depressing.

Bad

Bad

I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the tidy room. The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was poor, with only instant oatmeal available and waffles sometimes missing.
