It was okay but had absolutely the worst water pressure in the shower. Morning staff was too busy to acknowledge you because they were texting and appeared annoyed when trying to ask questions.

Check in was great. I was way ahead of schedule and they accommodated me by allowing me to check in nearly an entire hour early. Upon leaving I was allowed to leave my vehicle for 90 minutes past checkout while I went and had breakfast down the street. They didn’t have to do either of those things but they were helpful and understanding. Also they’re right next door to Market and Deli that is open most hours of everyday. I will be back for sure!

Great location and the rooms are very spacious and clean. 20 minute walk to Marina Green. Parking is very limited but if you have any issues, staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is a liquor store next door so it was convenient to get last minute things. Jake's Steaks is open late for late night bites across the street.

Depending on your room you do hear the outdoor traffic and street walkers, but after 11 pm it quieted down.

The double queen room is very spacious and the location of the hotel is quite convenient for restaurants and shopping.

This was a great find, nice clean recently remodeled. They are painting the outside of the building but that did not disturb our stay during the weekend. Will def stay here again!

Gated parking, easy check in, lovely rooms, comfy beds, safe neighborhood within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf/Pier 39/Ghiradelli Square. Will stay here again!
