Lombard Plaza Motel

Free parking, friendly staff, comfy pillows, comfy bed, coffee pot in the room, fridge, , microwave : restaurants in walking distance. Noise above us, people were making loud noise all night above us, no hot water for shower in the morning.

Very simple older place.

While the property is a bit dated, the room was very clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and updated furnishings. I appreciated having convenient parking, a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, comfortable chair, luggage rack, clothes hangers and writing desk, The large grocery store several blocks away on Lombard St. has closed, but there are other shopping options on nearby Chestnut St. as well as numerous restaurants.

It could have been a better hotel for the price. Rooms with parking problems are a small standard hotel I think it's not a place that deserves such a high score.

The room was lovely. It provided all of the comforts that I require. They placed me upstairs, and I felt very safe. The water pressure was excellent, and there was plenty of hot water for my bath. The staff is very friendly and polite. I enjoyed all of the TV channels, and the bed was excellent. This hotel is one of my top places to stay in San Francisco, which I visit frequently. Also, I was able to park my car for free, in a covered parking place. Over all 10 + experience ! I really can’t think of anything that I did not like.

I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay again at this place in my next visit to SF. Plenty of free parking and the fridge and microwave was a great addition.

I paid $146 for 1 night. Its not worth to pay this money for this motel. No annemety,no service no nothing. Guy in the counter is not kind and not courteous. Maybe this motel is worth $60 to $70? Not satisfied at all.

The laundromat was supposed to be open from 8am. It was closed and no one was present at the desk. Had to wait until 8:45 to get someone to open.

Decent place to stay, very old some wood floor pealing off or cracked. Free parking but first come first serve so you may get left without parking if all parking spots are occupied specially because there are more rooms than parking spaces. They service the rooms every other day I asked to do it every day and they honored my request. It is a motel so expect the very basic things including the parking space sometimes you may have to get out of the parking lot backing up your vehicle there isn’t room to turn around it’s one lane garage in both sides of the motel.

Simple and functional. The wifi was very spotty at best, one of the sheets had small holes in it, and another had stains on the edge. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb and there was no hook for the hand towel (it was perched on the hairdryer). Also be aware that the next door pubs are open late on Fridays and Saturdays, which can make it quite noisy on those nights.

Given the location and pricing, this seemed like really good value. The parking was a great bonus and the staff were very helpful. Great nearby amenities

Good place to stay for a couple of nights. Noisy area if you're staying towards the front of the hotel. Parking is limited and a tight squeeze for bigger cars. Overall a good stay
