Lombard Plaza Motel

Room was very clean. External appearance was a bit cluttered, and trash cans in the parking lot were full. I love the hotel, though. Its location is perfect and walkable to Marina District/Chestnut St. Suits my purposes well for a quick visit to the city to meet up with friends who live there. Parking is tricky, but there's never not been a space. I tend to park my car there once and not move it.

The location and the staff are always amazing. I've been going there on and off for the last 8 years.

For the price we payed the accommodation was what we expected it was clean and well situated for us and the parking was an excellent bonus

Good location to explore the city. Front staff very helpful and friendly. Room ok, very small but fine.

Location WiFi is slow

Fantastic hidden gem in San Francisco.

Close to bus stop and good food. Nice motel

Exceptional

Comfy bed Noisy AC and traffic noise

It’s a good place to stay

Thanks to the clerk on staff who engineered us a parking spot when it seemed no more were available. Appreciate that he went the extra mile on service. Nice room, clean and updated, right in the heart of the city.

I have stayed at this place before, so I knew it would be wonderful when I returned, and it was! this time, I was on the first floor. The room was perfectly remodeled. I had a king sized bed, and it was a slightly larger room. Everything was so well done ! I loved the bathroom, with a great bath, sink and toilet combination. It was fully tiled. The workmanship was excellent. I had no issues with the TV or the remote, because sometimes they need adjustments. Many satisfying channels to choose from. I was still signed into the WIFI ! The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. there was a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board, and a place to hang my clothes. The room was a comfortable temperature, so I did not need to adjust the thermostat. Parking was a breeze; you put the paper on the dashboard to signify that you are authorized to stay there. The proprietor was so charming and kind! I will return, as this is a first class place ! I wish that I could have stayed longer. But, I will return !

Awful. So dirty. Smelled so bad. Room did NOT match their website description and sleeping places did not accommodate our group. Parking is awful. Staff hung out with friends smoking out front and blocking parking lot entry. Tried addressing with staff our concerns and they could have cared less. Hotels.com even reached out them and they did/offered nothing. We literally had to go buy air freshers and disinfecting spray/cleaning supplies. Rental car was hit at least twice why in parking lot because it’s so tight.

Location NA

Not much Is a bit run down...not value for money we paid for the room. Very noisy from the street outside, people yelling and traffic.

Had a great stay here.

PARKING was very tight, not ideal.
