Hotel Del Sol

The private parking, very friendly staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked that I could reach out via text. Everything was great.

The staff member was very friendly and tried to accommodate our requests. The hotel was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The 2 rooms I booked were 2 flights away from one another. We were told that each room should sleep 4 people, and in one room there was a queen bed and in the other there were 2 full size beds, which does NOT accommodate 4 people. In one of the rooms, it looked like a tile was about to fall out of the ceiling from being filled with water. There were these obnoxious lights on in the courtyard facing the rooms all night long, so I was unable to sleep because of bright lights flooding my room, even with the curtain drawn. The breakfast was poor quality and we had to go out to eat instead. I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

We liked the location and that it offered free coffee and continental breakfast in the morning We booked the family suite. The photos online showed two individual single beds side by side (for the kids) however when we got to the room, it was more like a daybed with two single mattresses side by side. My kids are 6 and 10 and are too old to share a single, large bed. For everyone’s comfort, we would not stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Great free breakfast. Poor water pressure. Water never got hot, only like warm. Room was near street and a bit noisy. No fridge or microwave in room.

It had great staff. Accommodating and friendly. The pull out couch mattress was very very old. Seemed like it could be replaced easily. The cot mattress was terrible too. Concave.

The manager was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a bottle of wine at arrival. The room was comfortable and it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast! Definitely recommend it over more well known brand hotels in the less clean and safe downtown area.

Fun and friendly Nothing

Security and gated parking are the main benefits here. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was a small selection but good and they even had a gluten free muffin that was actually delicious! I only wish the room had a fridge.

Staff were great. They are really nice and helpful. The location is also good and breakfast is ok. The hotel and rooms are old and have an unpleasant smell.

Really comfortable bed in a clean room with everything we needed. Front desk staff was great.
