Lamp did not work on nightstand. Shower head leaked lots of water, but water pressure was good. Beds are very good. Electrical outlets in the room did not look great, but worked. Room 203 Breakfast was packaged pastries, cereal, white bread, juice, tea and coffee but free

We will definitely come back to this motel.
-
Free parking is big plus. Breakfast is included which helps. Location is great.

It was ok for a last minute trip. No availability anywhere. Staff are somewhat helpful and breakfast was ok.
-
Great location off of the main boulevard, so there was very little traffic noise. So many places to eat nearby, Chestnut was a short walk. parking spaces were pretty tight, but there was parking, so, overall good. We would choose this place again.

We got there early and were able to park at the motel. Came back soon after check-in time. Got keys to our room. Found out the elevator was not working. Carried luggage to 3rd floor room. Only one towel and less than half a roll of TP. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Continental breakfast was on the leaner side.

Very nice motel, clean rooms and friendly staff! Only downside the elevator was not working!
-
Free parking. A little noisy at night, street noise.
-
It was a good location, close to the places we wanted to be. Check in was easy. Staff was kind.
-
It was very loud, the fire alarm went off twice, breakfast was in a laundry room. The location and parking were the best things about the stay. Would not stay here again

It was a good motel to rest at being quiet and comfortable. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay!
-
The free breakfast was minimal and only for 2 hours.
-
Very affordable, amazing location, parking was good.

It’s quiet and the staff are helpful

The room and bathroom are clean. Bed is comfortable, clean linens. The pillows are terrible looks like curdled cheese, NEED TO BE REPLACED! The sheer curtain in our window is torn it looks shredded. The elevator is not working! But overall, it is good for a one night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very accessible to many sites. The rooms were clean and had all needed amenities. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Motel Capri is cute, conveniently located, and clean. I will gladly stay here again the next time I'm in San Francisco.

I want to really like this place. It’s close to lots of great places in San Francisco, so points for location. It’s fairly quiet and a decent price. It has a certain appeal and charm. However, it needs a little investment to fix a few issues. For example, stayed there twice, a year apart and both times the elevator and ice machine were broken; coincidence, I think not. Kind of stings when the owners Genesis is getting detailed in the parking lot in front of the broken ice machine. Ran out of body wash in the shower. The bottle holds 16 ounces, had housekeeping paid attention in the previous week or so, it wouldn’t have been an issue. I shouldn’t have to ask for this. Other things like we had three people in our room, bring towels and wash clothes in groups of three. Room furniture, please update chairs, etc, that may have been in place since the Carter administration. Yes, it’s quirky and has some retro charm and vibes, but spend a few dollars to maintain the basics. Also, please add a protein source to the breakfast selection. I assume I’ll receive a canned response thanking me for pointing these things out, promising to look into them, but my bets on nothing will happen.

Spartan breakfast, tight parking but pleasant staff.

I just do not know how to use the shower, there should be a sign on how to use it. AC and ref are noisy at night. I just opened the window and unplug the ref and it helped me go back to sleep.
