Very good

The location. And staff were approachable. It’s dirty. It smells. It’s unclean. Dark and dingy, feels sketchy at times.

It's a good and comfortable motel to sleep in at night but nothing more tonight. Location was gold. Everything was 10 mins walk would stay here again. I stayed here with two toddlers

Neighborhood location is excellent. Parking a major bonus for SF Breakfast was weak

I booked a couple of nights. It's a nice area, safe and relatively quiet. I left my teen and her friend at the hotel while I went to the Jack White concert and they were fine. I had originally booked a name brand hotel near the concert venue but after reading up on the area, it was near the Tenderloin District and decided to switch. The teens really liked the room and it was helpful to have the fridge and microwave so they could reheat their food since I was gone for several hours. Also, just a note that the breakfast consists of toast, butter & jam, dry cereal and oatmeal packets, coffee and tea. The teens wanted to go out for local fare each day anyhow. My only complaint was the pillows were small and the ice machine wasn't working. Other than that, we will gladly stay again when visiting the city.

I liked how it was affordable In room 315 we found one bed bug on our bed, after that we got our stuff and left. I had to wash all of our stuff before we headed to our next room.

Included car parking and breakfast were very useful. Room was comfortable and location, for us, was great.

The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall without my even trying to put a washcloth on it.

The hand soap dispenser was broken. Clean room. Breakfast was okay. The television lost satellite connection. A lot of noise coming through the walls from other guests.

I’ll begin with the positives - good location, the breakfast room was clean and offered basic options, and the staff tried to be as accommodating as they could, given what little they had to work with. Having said that, you really do get what you pay for. I read the reviews and should have listened to them. This motel is outdated, dirty, noisy, and in an extreme state of disrepair. Just about everything was broken (the elevator was out of service, they had to fix the safe when we got there, you have to crank the heat up to 90 in order to get any hot air, the lights were dim and the room was dark and creepy, old receptacles, the ice machine was broken, the list goes on). Everything in the room was dirty, dusty (the top of the safe had a layer of dust that looked like it had been there since 1972), and moldy. After one night we decided we could not stay another night, and the motel graciously waived the fees. Like I said, they seem to do the best they can with what little they have to work with. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this motel to anyone. We wound up moving to another motel a block away and it was like a breath of much needed fresh air.

I love the aesthetic how well it was maintained and location. However, when we arrived to our room the TV/dish wasn’t working properly. I requested maintenance to come up as we were leaving to go out for the evening. When we returned and noticed maintenance did not show up and fix the television…bummer on a Saturday sports am

Pleasantly surprised with a big and clean room. Has a coffee and tea maker but not a kettle. There's also a microwave and it's been useful for my trip as I could get hot water in minutes with my own stojo cup. Water pressure for the shower and room air con/heating is great.

Nothing One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We paid $3,250 for two rooms for a three-night stay, and what we received in return was simply unacceptable. From the moment we entered the rooms, it was obvious that the property suffers from severe neglect and lack of maintenance. The furniture was peeling and worn out, everything looked aged and tired, and the bathrooms were so dirty and poorly maintained that they felt unpleasant to use. For the entire three-day stay, our rooms were never properly cleaned. No floors were mopped, no bathroom cleaning was done, and the rooms were not serviced beyond replacing towels and emptying the trash. Each day the rooms felt more neglected and uncomfortable. The staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed completely indifferent to guests. Rather than feeling valued as paying customers, we felt like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the elevator was supposedly out of service during our entire stay. We were assigned rooms on the third floor and had to haul our heavy luggage up and down three flights of stairs ourselves. After a long journey, this was exhausting and frustrating. The most infuriating part came on our last day, when we were waiting for our taxi and saw hotel staff using the elevator to transport items. If the elevator was functioning for staff, why were guests forced to struggle with their luggage on the stairs? Breakfast was an embarrassment. A few slices of toast, some jam, and terrible coffee hardly qualify as a breakfast. There was virtually no selection, no fresh food, and nothing remotely worthy of the price paid for this place. To make matters worse, breakfast was not even available until 8:00 AM. The place also offers no laundry service. We were forced to carry our laundry several blocks away to a laundromat, which is the last thing anyone wants to do while on vacation.
