Had a room close to the street and ice machine was not easy to sleep with all the noise not sure if all rooms are the same, it not a nice quiet place to sleep.

Neema was absolutely incredible! My son and I came up later in the evening and she was so kind, worked with us, gave us great reccommendations! Fantastic experience in the city!! We decided this will be our new spot every time we come back!! 10/10 experience

Limited parking but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy but the pillows weren't the best. The price was great though. My biggest complaint is that the outside noise was pretty easy to hear inside the rooms. All in all I would stay there again for the price that I paid.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a pleasant stay. We were able to park for free which is a huge SF bonus. It is first come first serve parking so that’s something to keep in mind!

Everything about the hotel was great. The manager was extremely helpful and kind, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing bad was the people out on the streets screaming and hollering until 2am. Obviously drunk and partying. Would definitely stay there again though.
