Good location, nice clean rooms and absolutely value for money. Manish was a great host.

I was near the ice machine which seems to happen when you book through 3rd parties. I also was out in a handicapped room which is NOT my preference. You better arrive at this property early if you are driving a car as the parking is EXTREMELY limited. Pillow and bed were both uncomfortable. If you enjoy Chestnut Street this hotel is quite convenient.

The location was great. Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean. Staff were amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Limited parking. Location is on a corner of a busy street so it can be a bit noisy.

Staff was friendly and helpful with checking in. Room was clean and well stocked. Parking was limited but we didn't drive so our car stayed put at the hotel. Lombard is one of the main road for tourist attractions so we walked places. Super easy to navigate.

The staff were friendly. Felt it was over priced for the amenities provided. Our bed didn't have a base. Just a wooden support where the mattress hung over the sides. No mattress protector just one sheet. Unit was ok but could do with a deep clean. A noisey location but close to some attractions.

Rooms were decent, some signs of wear but wasn’t dirty and didn’t feel yucky. Would absolutely stay here again.

The owner are being rude. The parking spots are small and they didn’t allow us to park our GMC truck even though there still had spots. He came banging our door aggressively and yelled us. He said he had told us many times not to park there but we’ve never seen him before. When we talked to the receptionist about it, he said that we MAKE STORY?! And he said that we can go review whatever we want, he doesn’t care!!

Close to all the touristy places you would want to go while visiting San Francisco. The owner is so nice!

worst pillows ever, impossible to sleep on. parking is first come first served, so there aren't enough spaces for every room. very central to the marina, restaurants and shops.
