Great location and friendly staff.

Everything about the hotel was great. The manager was extremely helpful and kind, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing bad was the people out on the streets screaming and hollering until 2am. Obviously drunk and partying. Would definitely stay there again though.

Location was okay, never felt unsafe. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, no fitted sheet on bed just a flat sheet laying on top of it. Hole in bathroom ceiling where shower head comes out and a lot of gnats in bathroom after turning water on. We left after 1 night to switch hotels due to the gnats. Bonus pts for having a fridge and microwave though.

clean budget place to stay on lombard... courteous staff, helpful advice.
-
The room was clean and adequate, front desk manager was personable. The price was right.
-
Nothing honestly. The place was dirty, the walls weren’t painted. The toilet seats were old and worn out. I was honestly worried about bedbugs!

The hotel is centrally located; it is showing its age a bit, but the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating. Hellhörig

pleasant staff awful signal, no towels, so so cleanliness, ridiculously overpriced
-
Was in a convenient locations for amenities, close to bus stops . Was expensive but could be due to timing with World Cup soccer games on. Waking back late felt ,apprehensive due to many surrounding buildings closed. In hindsight should have used Uber.

Parking and clean. Location
-
Room looked clean but smelled horrible. Motel is on an extremely busy corner & you can hear cars, sirens, people walking by until 2am & it starts back up at 5am. Extremely noisy area.

Good service

This place is in an awesome location. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping all within a 10 min walk. Walk to the Presidio is great. Great neighborhood. The room was spacious but needed a fresh coat of paint. That’s what made it look dirty. Staff was extremely friendly and gave us great suggestions on taking bus and keeping you car parked in your spot. Thank you Nema.

The front lady was super sweet and helpful. Our room was clean.

The staff was friendly enough. Parking is first come first serve as they have fewer parking spaces than rooms, so check in early and don’t leave. This is by far the noisiest motel we have ever stayed at. We heard every word, every step, each burst of laugher from the group partying in the parking lot, in the stairwell and in the room above us. We finally gave up trying to sleep and left the hotel at 3:30 a.m. Also, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Rooms had been upgraded recently and were very clean. There’s a bus stop a block away, so getting around was easy. The location made it easy to get to a lot of tourist places, many of them walkable. Free parking in San Francisco is always a bonus. Breakfast was nothing amazing, but there were good places an easy walk away. Parking was tight, but no worse than anywhere else in that part of SF.

Great location, close to the waterfront, short walk, great night life area for locals.
