Good basic hotel could be cleaner

Excellent location with respect to plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. Given the high cost of the room, it was disappointing that there was no valet parking. This property had two top floor outdoor patio areas with plenty of seating. However, the outdoor heating available (i.e. gas fire pit and electric area heaters) were non-functioning. Enjoying the patio space would have been significantly enhanced had these items been functioning. The staff was very helpful and communicative. Guests would benefit from there being a computer in which they could use.

Noise was terrible in room on fourth floor coming from first floor patio.

Staff and location were amazing. Room was clean but small. My only complaint is you can hear everything in your room and lighting from outside comes in your room. Glad I brought my sleep mask. I would stay here again.

There was an electricity shortage only at the hotel and they didn’t have a generator for backup. It lasted a few hours and we woke up in the middle of the night with lights and tv suddenly turning on

Helpful staff, great location

A clean, well-run, and very well located hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There is parking nearby at a reasonable price.

A pleasant surprise staying at this modern hotel- excellent location to visit the presidio and Golden Gate Park as well as Palace of Fine Arts and the Bay, etc. Very pleasant staff- front desk held a couple packages for us and stored our luggage before our check-in. Convenient little cafe within the hotel is great for a quick bite or a coffee- peloton lounge was super cool with 3 bikes in there to use and the rooftop deck was nice to have. All around great choice in one of the best areas in town to feel like you’re not just a tourist.
