Great location! Great rooms!

I love this hotel because of the location. The beds are comfortable. Everything’s brand new and staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone traveling in San Francisco. You’re close to the best restaurants, Golden Gate Bridge, and just an overall fun lively neighborhood..

The first room the front desk assigned had broken AC so they put me in the last available room 401. It was right beside the elevator so it was very noisy until very late at night and about 5 in the morning.

Cute hotel, helpful staff. My husband and I will come back to stay! Will ask for a different room though as 102 is a bit noisy from street noise

The hotel is just one block from Chestnut Street, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and boutique shopping. It's also within walking distance of the Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Field. For even more shopping and dining, Fillmore Street is just a short Uber ride away, and the Presidio Tunnel Tops is a must-visit while you're in the area. There are a couple of downsides. The hotel doesn't offer parking, so you'll need to rely on street parking or the nearby garage next door, if there's space. As with anywhere in San Francisco, I wouldn't leave any valuables in your vehicle. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of privacy in the rooms. Instead of overlooking the city, the windows face the interior hallway, allowing other guests to see directly into your room unless the shades are closed. It definitely felt a bit uncomfortable. On the plus side, I appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet. The rooftop is another highlight. You can bring your own food and wine, relax, and enjoy the views. Don't get it twisted, this isn't the Fairmont but it's good enough. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Everything was great, didn't receive breakfast
-
It was a beautiful hotel, nice staff and very well kept. However, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. To the side, upstairs, every step, conversation, tv show. Not good for sleeping unless you can sleep through anything and everything

Don’t get deceived by the photos on Expedia, the real site is very poor, this was a motel brought by Hilton, only the name is updated.

The entrance to this hotel is very inviting and we enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I spent one night here while in SF for an event at USF. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and only about two blocks away from the busy Chestnut Street shopping/restaurant area. We parked in a garage about 1/2 block away from the hotel and felt very safe walking around in the neighborhood. Our room was small but clean, and the beds were comfy. There is a fire pit area and a small cafe/corner store right outside the lobby that was perfect to grab breakfast and coffee from in the morning. There is a rooftop terrace that has a great view of the City and GG Bridge (if the fog cooperates). USF was an easy 10-minute drive. We would stay again.

I usually stay at this hotel in SF. It is remodeled, clean, and at a great location! There are shops, restaurants and bars behind and it is a safe area!! Although it has no parking, there is a Parking lot around the corner.

The hotel room was fantastic. Easy to use AC and spacious room. Little noisy first night from the neighbors bumping around but with the AC running and my own fan, didn't hear anything. Loved the cafe near the lobby. The fireplace was awesome, especially early mornings waiting for the uber driver.

The staff were very nice and accommodating and the location was great. The king room was small but fine for one person and included a fridge and microwave. Loved the Twisted Street Cafe. I would definitely stay again.

Location was great. Rooms are small. No closets- just a bar to hang items on. Bathroom is small, but adequate with a spacious shower. Small kitchenette/bar with sink, doubled as a vanity for me. Full length mirror was right across from it. Unique room layout with windows that look out over the hallways to an open courtyard so we had to keep the blinds down for privacy all the time. Any noise from activity down in the courtyard traveled up to the room if the window was open. Small cafe was very good for breakfast and snacks. Bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of food and shopping close by. We mostly walked everywhere but Waymo, Uber and Lift are readily available.

Superb

Great hotel and I’d def stay again, the only drawback is the way the noise. Could be the way the noise carries through the hallways. Also the foot steps from the room above us were easy to hear. But the area is wonderful and it’s a great value for SF. I’d stay again.

Good location . Parking garage around the corner decent price . King bed was comfortable . Because it’s open on two ends to lower levels you can hear lots of street noise and people talking in the lower levels . First day I was very tired and didn’t notice . Second day very noticeable .

Great property in a very convenient part of the city. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms good value, I just wish they were better soundproofed.
