Great location
-
We were very pleased with our room. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient. One suggestion would be a handicap bar by the toilet and shower.
-
Overall, it was a excellent for: 1) location near California Pacific Medical Center; 2) very affordable with parking included for SF; 3) clean and safe; 4) staff were helpful and courteous; 5) A/C worked well; 6) adjacent quaint burger joint with good fries and shake. The downside: 1) room needs to be updated with worn carpet, dingy interior and odd felt on the edge of the desk; 2) soap and shampoo were watery; 3) it takes awhile for warm water to reach the shower; 4) fridge was loud for about 10 minutes every few hours.

Clean room and nice staff
-
Located in a quiet and good location. The staff was very friendly. The only thing is that the hotel has limited parking spaces.

The location was good, but parking was a challenge

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is a great place to visit the city from. Having onsite parking was a must for us as a group of motorcycle riders and the office was great in accommodating our needs.

Nice staff and clean room

Room set up is amazing especially the bed- don’t want to make you get up. Back stairs needs thorough pressure & sanitation wash due to pigeon poop on all floors. As usual in Frisco, cramp parking spaces. WiFi can be improved as well. Over all no complains. And oh the elevator & outside steel stairs need to be enclosed for safety reasons or at least provide enclosures/gates for all floors to keep intruders out at night.

Close to public transportation. Many dining opportunities. Safe and clean neighborhood. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Free parking.

With the right expectations you will enjoy your stay. First off this should be classified as a motel, that’s about the level that we’re working with. I knew this was not gonna be a nice hotel, I chose it due to the excellent location. The room and beds were clean. It is a dated building and rooms, and Maintainence could definitely be stepped up here. The toilet in my room would randomly start running and be very loud, it woke me up the first morning. I spoke to the front desk about this, but no one ever came to work on it. It wasn’t worth it for me to keep trying to track them down to work on it, so I just close the bathroom door and didn’t have any problems with it waking me up again. Overall decent stay, especially if you’re OK not being it a standard level hotel. For me the location made it absolutely worth it.

Great value in a great location. Room was clean with a big, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful

Clean, comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful service, easy check in / out, and excellent location. Most helpfully, parking included in the stay, and the front desk let us even leave our car a couple hours after check out time, which was immensely helpful for our day! Nothing fancy, but everything we needed for a weekend and the convenient walkable location for us could not be beat. Would 10/10 stay here again when in SF!

Convenient location, transporting around to other areas is easy from here. Room was nice and clean. Parking is usually first come first serve so prepare for that. A $100 deposit is required when you get there and will be released after you leave.

Nice place
-
Despite my low rating it felt safe and it’s an easy walk to lots of restaurants and activities. It’s very noisy. Both from outside and between rooms. The cleaning crew talks very loud right outside your door all day long.

Only suggestions would be better in room coffee and towels. Would definitely stay here again

It’s located close to Mt. Zion Hospital in SF

We were in room 213 and the bathroom sink was leaking. There were like 15 parking spots. It was clean. She was really nice. The a/c worked good.
