Good property for the price. Great location. Nothing special or insane. Just good spot to rest your head

The two best things about this property were its location and the availability of parking. The only drawback to my stay was the fact that the television would display only six or seven channels.

The man at the front desk was very nice. The room was pretty clean and it was nice that there's a microwave and mini-fridge. It was also nice that there was toiletries. The AC was also good and kept the room nice and cool. The parking is very limited which is something to keep in mind.

Great location. Room larger than expected. Daily room which was great. Only problem is the key cards are really finicky. Had a lot of trouble with it our last day. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Within the first several blocks of the property, you will find little shops and plenty of eateries. We would stay there again.

Overnight stay while in town for a concert. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that we noticed there was a makeup stain on one of the bedsheets. Loved that there was on site parking and the location was close to the music venue. Very walkable area. Would recommend.

The bed had stains with a weird smell. The towels and shower curtain weren’t clean. Check in took 30 minutes because they weren’t ready up front and the card reader wasn’t working. Only thing really good is the self parking and the location.

Really centrally located hotel with free parking. Nice big bed and fridge in room. Staff member was helpful. Our TV didn’t work but we reported it. It didn’t bother us at all. Great value for money hotel

Big plus is free parking & the manager is very nice. The room is very spacious, clean, bed is very comfortable. The surrounding area is safe, very convenient, lots of nice restaurants & coffee shops.

Great location and helpful staff

It also has its own parking lot with FREE parking which is arguably the best amenity they had. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 girls to be moving around each other. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again the next time I’m in the city!

Phoned to cancel the stary 3 days ahead of reservation. Also got email confirmation fro Expedia 3 days before stay that stay was cancelled. However, staff at Ymphony then denied that I'd called. Thank goodness that I have the email cancellation from Expedia.

Ok rooms for price , good area

This is a very run down motel, badly maintained. The room smelled of humidity. The room carpet was stained, it badly needs to be replaced. Same for the toilet, bathtub and sink: they are so old that the enamel on them is peeled off. The toilet was clogged when we first arrived. The door to the bathroom was stuck because it is made of composite which had swollen due to the humidity. The coffee maker was so dirty we did not use it. The ridiculously small fridge was not cooling at all.

Good location in Hayes Valley, super close to lots of good restaurants and areas to walk around.

Was good for our Family of 5 including baby in the 2 king size beds room . Parking here was ok , even after it got full we were able to park right next to it for the night . Only bad thing about this spot is the questionable stains on the bench below bed and the pillows on these benches. Other then that it was good for the price .

Great location for SF Symphony or Ballet performances. On-site parking is free!
