Staff was very kind and helpful. only thing was the bathrooms were very old and outdated. the fan didn't work so it was hot in the bathroom. other than that the free parking is a huge plus!! great location and price. the room was nice and clean.

We loved our stay. The room was cleaned each day. Good luck getting parking as it’s first come first served in the small lot.

A tired old motel. The room was very small and dated. It was a good price for the area, so we got what we paid for.

Room was clean and was provided with good basic amenities, great spot for concert goers and tourists of all kinds. Would love to go back

Original room had SO many issues. Water was freezing cold, fridge did not work, literal dirt everywhere. The front desk girl and her uncle run the place and both were horrific to me when I asked to swap rooms. The entire rest of the WEEK long stay continued to get worse and worse. They refused to service my new room. They continued to deactivate keys on me. Elevator is inoperable. Entire hotel and property is repulsive. If yall hate running the place so bad PLEASE leave the industry. This place is falling apart and they clearly just want the money.

the place was clean, the gentleman who helped me was super nice and made sure I had a parking space even when I arrived to check in super late, room was clean and smelled good, I will be back to stay there when I visit town, Hayes Valley is great, safe to walk around and in the middle of everything.

I did not pick the hotel personally. For the price they charge you should get a lot more more updated rooms and cleaner

Great location in the city, parking was available first come first serve which is a bonus if you check in at a decent time and can snag a spot. The room was clean but had an odor, we found dirty clothes in a drawer, over all stuffy.

Spent one night and bed super comfortable, bathroom spacious well maintained.

It’s hit or miss on the parking they offer. Just a heads up. We got there and there was only 2 spaces left. You will have to park on the street if it’s full. The place is well maintained considering it’s in the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and it was pretty quiet at night.

Overall okay. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is convenient and the neighborhood felt safe. However, the window did not open, so the only source of ventilation was the wall mounted air conditioner which was excessively noisy whenever the compressor kicked on the cool the room. So noisy that you can forget hearing the tv or most importantly, sleeping without being jarred awake multiple times during the night by the boom and shake of the a/c unit starting up. Parking is limited, but I was able to get a covered spot, but upon checkout, the manager had to track down another guest to move his car from the parking place that he had invented, blocking my exit. Just keep in mind parking is a free-for-all.

Area was in a nice location. Parking was free but very limited spaces. Property is old but for the price and location, it was worth it. Had microwave and mini-ref in room. Only thing is, no ice machine available in the building. On our 2nd day, as we got familiar with the area, we found a mini grocery store across the street and bought a bag of ice. Trader Joe’s is 2 blocks away. Many available eating places which are walking distance which was very convenient. Overall, we had a good experience. We went for a wedding in the SF city hall so it was a good location for us.
