Create location. Nice rooms. No staff everything's automated which was fine for us. Great bar next door.

Modern building and interiors It is a noisy area. My unit was on the 2nd floor and the noise from the bar downstairs and the machines in the back is constant. It’s not suitable for a relaxed stay. The service also takes 1 day to change sheets and clean and it works on request.

Delightful hotel with a great location. The rooms are very small and a bit overpriced with the World Cup in town but still delightful even over paying for the size of the space.

Great little spot in the heart of the Castro.

Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult. Won’t return again

Once you’re setup with your pin, everything works. The door was a bit fidgety, and the blinds in my room did not work lol this meant the blinds (which are black outs btw) is permanently locked at whatever position it is in. Ultimately the bed was comfortable and the stay was fine but I can’t recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castro. Easy checkin process. Rooms are great. Located near everything.

Location and price No complaints

The bed was very comfortable and liked the design of the room. I like staying places that are apartment oriented rather than staffed hotels. The only negative was that the bed was pushed into the corner of the room so one person doesn’t have a side table or outlet

Location, Location, Location. Also the Google home, the bed, the shower and the balcony. The door took too long to lock when you leave. Otherwise I don’t have to much to complain about

Chic room, location Cleanliness, bathroom tiles were moldy, room lacks some items, like safe box. There is no daily cleaning

It would have only been better if they had parking available.

Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and totally worth the price. Everything was nearly perfect from the location, cleanliness, safety, amenities, hospitality, check in/out instructions and overall communication. One of the many reasons why the beloved queer community does everything ✨right✨! Love love Hotel Castro!!

Nice location

Great location to stay for the Castro and easy to get an lyft anywhere! Been wanting to see here with my wife and great timing for Sam Smith's residency at the Castro Theater! Our valentines "weekend getaway" being a Wed- Fri adventure!

Room was spotless, excellent location and found it easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay again.
