Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Jose International Airport, CA

Room was clean and beds were fine. Shower was also okay. Property overall was dated with some minor damage. The worst was the air conditioner was extremely loud with a constant clicking sound every time it ran. Also the rooms and lobby had a distinct unpleasant smell. Overall it was fine for a quick stay before an early flight, but likely wouldn’t stay again.

Update hot tub

This is a nicely hotel in a convenient area, good staff, easy parking, with one major flaw - the beds are as hard as ironing boards. Zero cushioning. Woke up both days with an aching back due to sleeping on what felt like a board, ug. Noticeable difference between these beds and the other hotels we visited on this trip. Otherwise a very nice hotel and a good stay.

Staff was kind, but a little slow with the check in process. Room was clean .

Everything was great. Staff was quick to check us in and out the following day. Room was in the first floor and it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast area was better and more of a selection than half Hiltons we've stayed in. Definitely will book again if we have another event in San Jose.

My kids said to give this place 5 stars. It was clean and comfy.

I stay here whenever I come to San Jose. It's a good bargain, clean, I like the free breakfast and it's conveniently located to wherever I need to go. I definitely recommend this hotel.
