Very clean room good staff the breakfast so good parking is cery good and safe

I stay here whenever I come to San Jose. It's a good bargain, clean, I like the free breakfast and it's conveniently located to wherever I need to go. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was good and clean, but breakfast options and quality were not as good and as I expected when compared to other comparable hotels.

While the room was just OK, the wall to the next room must be extremely thin as we could hear every single word of their conversation which went until 1am in the morning.

the wify often disconnected its one of those annoying got to log in ones through hotel and had security issues accessing it on my macbook. Bed was comfy. no fridge or microwave in the room

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. I also appreciated the 12pm check out. I heard the people walking around upstairs. So id have to keep the fan on to drown out the noise. The walk to the train stop as a solo female wasn't great. Lots of cat-calling. I didn't feel like it was a great neighborhood. It looked okay, just some sketchy people.

The neighborhood is not great. One other person staying was yelling in the hallway at 2AM nobody did anything about it. Two good things, they lock the gate so your car is relatively safe, close to the airport.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations since there were many options available. The people staying in the adjacent room were very noisy.

Check-in was good, staff was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived. The property is large and there were multiple elevators to get us to our rooms. We were surprised by the size of our “ queen” beds. They looked more like doubles. The beds were comfortable, just small.The room had plenty of space for a couch with a rollout, but it only had a small chair instead. This was disappointing. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, but there was no soap. Thankfully, we had brought some from the last hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. They kept our rooms clean and checked on our towels each day. There was some construction happening on the property, but we were not disturbed by it at all at night. In fact, we slept well and never heard our neighbors. There was a security gate closed at night that we had to show a key card to get through. This was a nice touch and made us feel more secure about parking in the lot. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. We had plenty of good coffee and sausage, eggs, and typical hotel, breakfast, bakery items and cereals. We would stay at this hotel again if we were in this area.

We did not use the airport shuttle but it definitely seemed useful. The room was clean, it was just very dark, our view was a wall, and the sheets and pillows were extremely thin. The air conditioning worked amazingly. Breakfast was delicious and it there were many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly. Also, the check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. Would definitely return.

Great staff and friendly room clean but I hope if you can eliminate a rooms close to elevators making a lot noise...I was lucky I back from work cup game very tired lol ...but overall I'm very happy about the price and experience...thanks

Very friendly and helpful staff. We utilized their free shuttle service to/from the SJC airport and it worked out great. The breakfast was a nice spread and I appreciated that it was constantly being monitored by a staff person.

Everything was fine but I could hear the footsteps from upstairs. That was kinda loud.
