Love this place! The staff, property, cleanliness, everything great! And we’ve returned here because it’s nice & our small dog likes it too. My only issue during our third stay is someone was having a party downstairs from us and it went on all night til dawn. And the front desk and security didn’t seem to even approach them to control the volume and people. Nothing happened except we lost sleep. Hopefully they can have some protocol to uphold in these circumstances. Thanks!

The hotel is clean and brilliant but what I disliked about my stay was that I called to request more towels and the same staff that helped me with check in ignored my request. I was disappointed with that experience.

The neighborhood around the hotel is not the best, there was street noise (people getting high, being loud) most of the night but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The light rail station is very close and very convenient.
