Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport

Staff, including shuttle drivers were awesome!

I am really like my stay, staff are helpful, the room is clean, the location is closed to where I want to go. Definitely I will stay there again in the future if I visit San Jose.

Great hotel in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was okay. Amenities were up to par. Staff was helpful.

Great location - got in late from a xcountry flight, and needed some sleep before heading out in the morning again. Staff was friendly and helpful, was able to grab some coffee before the breakfast buffet started, and got a GREAT night's sleep. Comfy bedding and quiet rooms. Whew. Just what I needed.

Everything about the hotel was great! There is a bowling alley next door and a taqueria. Just be cautious walking around as it's a sketchy area.

I am big on a room being and smelling clean, especially the bathroom, and that was the first thing that went wrong!!! We checked in and the room we went into was dirty…hair, floor dirty, and it did not smell clean. So…I called downstairs and instead of them moving us immediately, they sent the “manager” to convince us that the floors weren’t dirty, it was just the tile. Ultimately, they moved us and it was just ok. The bathroom had mildew in the shower but you could tell the housekeeping staff had attempted to clean. The property is located in an area where the city is trying to gentrify it. They will get there but you can tell it’s “hood” and homelessness is around. Overall, I would simply choose another hotel. This one was NOT worth the money we paid for it.
